Austin and his team were incredible. Professionalism was at an all time high. Truly a no frills honest team who were straight with me and set me up with an excellent price. I can't recommend them enough! They cleaned up a mess I made and I learned something new.

Austin came in and meticulously went through the issue to locate a loose wire in my wall and was relentless in his pursuit. He tackled the attic and garage and every room he could in this sweltering heat. He even contacted his partner for more help when he ran into more issues instead of throwing in the towel. They both tag-teamed to get the job across the finish line. He assured me he would see it through to the end. He kept his word and immediately came back out to take a look at another issue I had that I thought was related with my AC unit. Which is he also fixed.

Overall, everything is back up and running and I am grateful to have contacted these guys. I'm very skeptical of hiring out work but I plan to reach out to Austin and his team again because I trust their judgement and their experience

We had Bobby come out to install a hot tub, and he ended up being a huge help with some other electrical issues we’d been dealing with in our old house. There were some bigger wiring problems relating to the power coming from the street that could have been a serious safety concern and he made sure everything was fixed and up to code. "Safety" - They sent someone to evaluate the work needed to be done, and that individual found everything to be in order. I got another company to take a second look, and they identified multiple code violations and safety concerns.
I would strongly encourage you to check with another company and save yourself the headache of dealing with an unprofessional staff. It is also concerning because several of these safety concerns were significant potential fire hazards.

Blaine did a good job and made the repair process simple and easy to understand, as well as answering any questions I had.

Phaze One is great. We've used them for a lot of projects around the house. They installed a new breaker box, lights, fans, dedicated line for the microwave. They have always taken care of us. We have no association to them other than appreciating their services.
