Home warranty claim issue. I told technician of all the problems I was having. Chose to fix the easy ones, then when it was time to fix the main issue, I was made aware of a time limit Restriction. They were unable to fix The problem that I called them for because they ran out of time. If I would have been made aware of the time restriction, I would have had them focus on the main reason why I called them. I am Extremely disappointed. I realize that with home warranty claims they don’t get paid as much and they treated you like you were less than a normal customer because it’s a home warranty Claim.

The electrician was prompt courteous and very professional. In addition he was very thorough in his diagnosis which helped discover the issues quickly.

Bradley and his apprentice, Michael, were fantastic! They were friendly, courteous and efficient. Their professionalism in their work and how cared for my home by protecting the floors and banisters in the area they working was appreciated by my wife and me. They explained what needed to be done and presented a thorough estimate of the work then completed the job as described. I will certainly call them first for any future electrical work in my home!

Landis Electric made the process simple. They provided good communicated, stayed within scope, and accomplished the task at hand. We will absolutely use them again.

They put in two outlets for me. They didn’t do any drilling in The crawlspace and really didn’t run any wires. I felt that they got away from a lot of work that they said that they would do then didn’t and then did it an easy way for them and just overcharged me.

Chris, the owner called me about my review and we both determined that the Estimator didn’t do the proper job while he was here giving me a bid for the job. I stand by my review

We connected with LANDIS Electric through the Home Depot connect program. We needed rewiring in our food trailer. Landis has done food trucks in the past and we were confident they could get the work done.
We gave them our timeline and they delivered. All items installed are the most up to date.
We are very pleased and will go back to Landis for any future work.

Landis was great. They were prompt and it was easy to make appointment. They cleaned up too. This is second time we have used them and will use again! I also liked estimate they did within 24 hours with all options. You can pick and choose what you want to do. Prices were definitely not out of line!

The appointment was timely, logical and straight forward. Suggestions were made with no upsale strategy, a diagram was created to envision the buildout and the work was completed quickly. I'll call them again.

I was very pleased with Brody & his helper’s work. Smoke/carbon monoxide detectors were installed on extremely high ceilings, which was not an easy task. Everything was done to my satisfaction and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Landis to anyone needing electrical work. Thanks Guys.

Landis installwd a monorail light system in my home and did a fantastic job. The experriae started when I went over my plans for the equipment and they made some terrific suggestions. I was fortunate in that they were able to free up a crew who were working outdoors but ran into bad weather and they moved them to my project. The crew was friendly, worked well together and were able to adjust as they ran into some minor issues. The best part was that the guys had experience installing monorail 12 voly systems - they'd been around enough to know what to expect which nowadays is hard to find. The guys were respectful, showed up on time, cleaned up and there was no loitering or trying to figure out what to do next. Price was fair and they didn't charge for the estimate. Great overallexperiwnce!!

I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. The technician was very polite, informative, checked things out thoroughly and fixed the problem.

Timothy and his helper replaced an attic fan in our 21 year old residence. Their work was professional, timely, efficient and clean. They arrived on time and went about their work with good precision. They made adjustments as needed without any issues and still got the job done efficiently. The only issue encountered was a digital switch did not arrive before the installation. Being winter we were not going to use the fan right away anyway and Timothy came about two weeks later and quickly installed the new switch.
We are so pleased with their work we have asked for a bid to replace some old light fixtures and add a couple. I am confident we will be working with Landis Electric again.

02/07/25 I had Landis Electric back to replace 14 old style can lights and add two more. As they did on a previous project the work was performed efficiently and clean. We requested a couple minor changes, and they adjusted without issue. We had an outlet in the bar that was not working. Timothy finally found the issue to be a broken wire that I assume was nicked during the original construction 21 years ago. The repair was not easy as the wire was behind the back wall of the bar. The crew stayed with it until the job was completed. We could not be happier with the service provided by Landis Electric LLC and highly recommend you give them a chance to bid your next project.

I really want to thank Landis Electric…they’re like having a special relationship with Evergy…I think everyone should call them for any type electrical things and more.
