Matt and Mike were great. Very friendly and professional. Showed up on time got to work immediately and finished the job very quickly. Matt went over everything that was completed. Very happy with his and Mike's work. Would definitely be comfortable recommending them and Mister Sparky to family and friends.

Appointment was quickly scheduled and repairs were done the same day with excellent communication from Luke. Especially since I was as out of state during the repair time.

Bobby let me know he could arrive a little earlier than 11:00 am and I told him that was fine. Thought he did a great job at explaining everything and what it will cost. Bobby was very informative and pleasant. I was pleased with his work today and when my part comes in, he’ll come back and fix the Attic fan. Bob came back today and replaced my attic fan motor. He was very pleasant he offered to vacuum but I said no I didn’t vacuum this morning because I knew it would get dirty over there so he said are you sure and I said I’m sure he did a great job. Adan completed my EV charger in a timely manner. He was professional. He explained every detail of the job. He left the garage cleaned up after the installation of the new plug that was installed in the dry wall. He did an extensive electrical safety check before starting. He shared his credentials with which allowed for me have extreme confidence in the quality of his work.
I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience I had with Adan.

Mr Sparky provides first class service. My tech was Bobby Wheeler. He is professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He provided a thorough service inspection and he has great attention to detail. He caught a serious problem and provided an immediate fix. This probably prevented a potential house fire. I had an awful experience with this company. I recently bought a new home and the ancient stove that came with it was hardwired into the wall. I needed an outlet put in for the new one to be hooked up. I called and they said they could get someone out next day. I waited all day and they kept changing my appointment time and then rescheduled for the next day stating “something came up”. So the person I think is going to be doing the work shows up and says that he wants to do a whole home inspection as part of their service. I let him look around and when he was done he sat me down and basically I was held hostage at my dining room table for an hour listening to a sales pitch and and scare tactics. He even tried to get me signed up on a monthly membership with them and gave me 3 options with the most expensive one being 17000! And then offered a payment plan. It took about an hour to find out what I actually called them to do would cost and I felt like I had to drag it out of him. Then at the end of all that, he says someone would be by “sometime” to do the work. Six hours later, my problem was fixed. I want to make clear that the technician that did the actual work in my home was wonderful, and I have no complaints there. But I got had by the first guy and absolutely ZERO respect for my time as I told him several times that I was in the middle of my workday and I needed to get things done. He did not give a care, just tried to upsell me. So disappointed, waiting on a call from their “operations” but haven’t heard anything at all. I hope they make this right. Bad business

Main breaker failed on a excessively cold Saturday in January. Derek's quality of work was outstanding. If it were me I would have cut some corners because it was so cold. Temp 20, wind-chill to it down to 6. I know he was a Popsicle!
Price was higher than expected, but you pay the price when you procrastinate and require emergency service. I'm glad the issues are resolved.

I had a safety inspection and GFCI outlets installed. Bobby was prompt and thorough with the inspection. He did a great job going through the inspection list and explaining the issues. With GFCI outlets, I was not initially going to have them installed. I thought I would have to call them back to do it. However, Bobby had some in his truck which saved me another dispatch fee. Also, I got a 2 for 1 deal on the outlets which saved me some money! I would highly recommend Mister Sparky! They are friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and dedicated in helping the customer.

Mr Sparky has been out for several things and they do an excellent job. They quote several jobs and you can pick and choose. Will have them back for other work in the future. Usually have had no issues but this time a smoke detector/CO went bad and they fixed it no worries. Highly recommend

Daniel did a great job today on the electrical system in my house. He reviewed past work they provided and suggested some must do items to be completed soon. Would recommend him to anyone.

Austin did an excellent job going over my options for service I requested. He was extremely flexible with our needs and addresses our concerns. Austin is very knowledgeable and friendly! I will definitely be using Mister Sparky for my future electrical needs!

Alex came to do an inspection. He was so sweet, informative, and spent time with our many questions. He helped put all of the bikes back up on the hooks, and helped put the garage back in order after repairing our electrical box. His customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend him!

Extremely reliable and very reasonably priced. Bobby has been to our home to install several lights, outlets, and a ceiling fan. He is very knowledgeable and always on time. We look forward to working with him more on future projects.

Luke did a great job identifying the issue and also walking through some additional items of concern. He also walked through the pricing for different options and offered his honest opinion on all of them. He did a great job leaving the decision up to me and I did not feel pressured into having to buy anything me as the customer did not feel was necessary.

Very happy with Austin Cooper from Mr Sparky. He was polite, informative, and detail oriented. He went the extra mile to find the problem with my outlet not functioning. After I was about to give up, Austin came up with a solution to fix the wiring. I would be more than happy to use his services again.

Patrick did a fine job but I personally did not appreciate the upsell pitch, as we only asked to get the detectors installed, but I know that is not his fault. I am sure they are trained to try to get more out of an appointment than what the customer asked. Also I feel like the price to install these three smoke detectors was exorbitant. We should have gone with our first estimate we received from another company but I just wanted to get it done so we went ahead with you guys but we will not be using your services again.
