Electrical reviews in Olathe, Kansas

Brodie was awesome and was thorough with his assessment. I had a microwave tripping the breaker and he determined the issue was the microwave and not the wiring. Good news :) He was very cordial and explained the entire electrical situation I was having. Thank you all!

Landis Electric replaced my foyer light. They were quick and efficient. Very easy to work with and installed my new light perfectly. I can’t recommend them enough and will be using them for any future projects.

Great company! We had them install a hot tub/cold plunge. Their pricing was the best and quick service.

Highly recommend Landis Electric for all home residential needs. They have rewired our home to support an in-ground pool, upgrade outlets and lighting, add EV outlet support and most recently have installed a whole-house generator. Customer service is always prompt and professional. We couldn’t be happier. And a big thanks to Chris and Tim for overseeing and executing all these tasks on our 125 year old home.

Excellent Experience with Landis on a Airport Project with a few gate operators. They did great work, and stayed within their quoted amount. We will defiantly be using Landis in the future for our electrical needs.

Landis Electric LLC was great to work with. They showed up promptly, were very efficient with the job and very professional and polite. They explained everything as they went along, explained pricing, gave me options and figured out my problem. I would highly recommend Landis to anyone looking for electrical work to be done in their home. Adon was our electrician and he was awesome!

All of the guys were extremely nice. They were sweet to my pets and my toddler. The repair was tricky since my attic fan was so old so it took a few trips, but they got it done. Would highly recommend.

Landis team did a great job. Available on quick notice to replace emergency lights in commercial building. Added an outlet that we needed while they were here.

Chris worked with me to specify materials for the combination EV/ 50 amp RV circuit in my garage.
The installation exceeded my expectations with the use of metal conduit in the exposed garage areas and use of a gfci breaker since the RV outlet is on the outside corner of the garage. I am very happy with the ability to shut off the RV outlet with the disconnect switch installed next to the EV outlet to prevent both outlets from being used at the same time and to leave the RV off except when in use.
Thanks for the great job (and did I mention also the best of 4 quotes i had obtained)!

They did an outstanding job installing a new box, mast etc. They went above and beyond to get Evergy to complete their part of the project. This would have never gotten done without them. Highly recommend!

Landis recently replaced the motor on my whole house fan. The techs were extremely professional and took their time diagnosing and replacing the motor. The price was fair and the techs made the process as painless as possible. Will definitely use these guys again.

Adon, Joe and one more guy(I can’t remember his name) did a great job. The guys were on time polite and neat. They ran into a problem with stud spacing by the builder and know exactly what to do. Compared to others the pricing was reasonable. I will hire them again

Landis provided hourly scheduling rather than a half day window and the technician arrived promptly. He was polite and thoroughly explained the issue. After conferring with the company about timing and parts, he immediately went to get the items needed and completed the repairs quickly! Excellent service and I would recommend them!

Landis Electric staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and provide excellent service. They communicate well, are there on time, and clean up then they are done. I appreciate their professionalism and have recommended them several times. They did a great job hooking up our hot tub and installing new outlets in our basement. Thank you!

Have been using Landis Electric for all of our needs here at Greentech Renewables Kansas City. Landis is very quick with their response times and even faster at getting someone out to do any type of electrical work. Communication is clear, service is quick and pricing is extremely fair. We will only use Landis Electric for any service needs at our location. Highly Recommend!

"I had a great experience with Landis Electric. Great people to work with. They were incredibly fast to provide a quote and got the installation done much faster than I expected. In addition to efficiency, the price was very fair for the quality of work. If you are looking for an electrician, I highly recommend them!"

Chris listened to what I wanted done and explained and answered my questions. He gave me a reasonable quote that I could work with, and the guys(Timothy and Joe, I believe ) came a few days later to complete the job. They answered my questions and were very friendly while remaining professional. I’ve been very happy with the results(fixed breaker box, added stove outlet, fixed ceiling light, and added an outlet behind the tv)and would definitely recommend them to get electrical work done.

Bradley and Logan from Landis Electric were great! Easy going guys and worked with my specific placing of outlets to support my project and easily addressed my light fixture issue. My walls are thankfully not yet finished which allowed for them to run the wires efficiently. Vikki, their coordinator, easily scheduled my service and worked with me when I had a last minute issue before my original estimate. While I am sure it was probably a minor job in comparison to what they have the ability to do the Landis team treated me very well.

They had the correct brand of 50 amp breaker I needed to complete my project, back on the road in 10 minutes!

Great people

Helpful, good to work with
