Derrik and his apprentice did a fantastic job. They worked non stop from 9:30am to 6:30/7 pm. This job was no small crumbs and they made sure everything worked, looked great and was top quality. We are very happy and appreciate their hard work and dedication to top notch quality. Very kind gentleman i might add. Even though they ran into issues there was no cussing or attitudes or anything unprofessional at all. This was a 15k job and they made it worth every penny. We were hesitant to pay 15k for everything but in looking at the work they did, the quality, the labor, the professional behavior, it's worth it. Mr. Sparky we are very impressed and appreciative of the work that was done. I can't remember the name of the apprentice but both him and Derrik deserve major kuddos.

Derrick came on time and did a great job installing our new panel.

Derrik came out and replaced our electrical panel that was a major fire hazard in a timely manner. He also installed our bathroom vent fan, a surge protector, and installed our new smoke alarms that are wired into the house. He was very friendly and we are very thankful for his hard work. It is great to have peace of mind that our house is safe now.

Austin was excellent. He did an assessment, determined that my issue was the chandelier, not the wiring. It’s two days before Thanksgiving and I was desperate. I ran out to buy a new chandelier, called back and Austin was here within two hours to install it. He was thorough, efficient, personable and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Alex did excellent work fixing an outdoor outlet that hasn’t worked since we purchased the house. He was very quick and efficient!

He was nice and knowledgeable about putting my ceiling fan in a separate switch. He explained everything. He added another switch to my double switch. He was great!

This Master Electrician is truly a master. He is a master of translating electrical issues into very understandable chunks of information. He is a master of providing options and their associated costs as well as rearranging line items to create options within options. The work we needed to get done will cost a significant investment, however, Daniel clearly outlined the lengthy list of warranties provided by Mr. Sparky - 5 and 10 year warranties? Amazing dedication to the customer and a testament to their quality work. Daniel is also a master of patience - he answered all the questions I had and kept me at ease. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Sparky and Daniel!

Mister Sparky sent out the best Duo Bobby and Patrick. Very particular did a fantastic job. Explained everything. Answered our question and most friendly. We are beyond satisfied with these two men. Got the job done in a very efficient time. Daniel was excellent and patient as he explained the issues that
needed to be addressed with our wiring. He taught me more about
electricity than I ever knew. He also had a great sense of humor, and was patient as I completed the paperwork. I would highly recommend him to any other customers.

I needed an upgraded breaker box tonreplace my very old and full one. Alex and his crew were able to get it installed as well as some other add ons all in the same day that I called. Thank you!

My attic fan quit so I called Mr Sparky for a quote to fix it. A nice guy came and gave me a quote of $1375. Unbelievable!!!!! Said it would take a week to order a new motor. I drove 4 blocks and bought the same motor for$199 and fixed it myself in 15 minutes. Crooks!!!!!!!!

I would absolutely recommend this company for service needs. They were responsive in an emergency, helpful and courteous. Austin did an amazing job of problem solving and explaining the issue. He did some additional work of switching out an outlet so I could use my dryer! So helpful!

Get more than one quote!! High pressure sales pitch, and wanted to upgrade electrical outlets and fire alarms for the entire house. We just wanted an electrical outlet installed for my daughter’s new stove.

I am so happy with the service. Alex Kirkpatrick took care of our outlet electrical system and our panel. He informed us so much and now we feel so much more safe knowing that our chance of an electrical fire has went down so much because of his help.
