From start to finish, John and his crew were a pleasure to work with, consistently demonstrating professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service.

John's team was always friendly and approachable, taking the time to explain everything that was happening throughout the project and answering any questions we had along the way. They provided a comprehensive estimate upfront, which helped us understand the scope of the project and the associated costs. Our dog approves of them highly, which is saying something. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done the way we wanted, and they gave us several options to choose from when it came to placement of outlets and wiring.

In addition to their excellent customer service, John and his team were also skilled and efficient. They were able to complete the job quickly without sacrificing quality, and the end result was exactly what we had wanted.

Sam and Mason came to the house to check an issue with an outlet. They were the nicest guys! Quick, efficient and professional. They had the job done in no time. We were extremely happy with the job they did. We made a call to this office @ 11:00 am and by 3:00 pm that same day the issue had been resolved. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Would HIGHLY recommend this company!

John with Jason Wright Electric literally just left our home and I had to write a review. He arrived right on time, introduced himself, walked me through what the process would look like and got to work. I told him our concerns as new homebuyers after inspection and he took a thorough look at everything while explaining every single thing he was doing. He was extremely knowledgeable and told me the unsafe things that needed to be addressed immediately, what could wait a bit, and what likely wouldn’t be an issue. I never once felt like he was upselling me on anything or trying to get me to agree to unnecessary work. He gave me 4 different options and estimates on what they could do. We had a bad outlet in our bathroom that had shut off all electric. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. And while it was initially thought we may need new circuits ran (a pricey project) he was able to fix the problem and subvert the need for that. He was great with my rambunctious dog and I found the pricing very reasonable for the work done. If we have any electrical issues in the future, I will 100% be using this company again and will ask for John specifically.

Jason Wright employs highly-skilled electricians who follow code, are efficient, provide prompt service, and spotless cleanup. John Sherry was the electrician who was sent to update wiring for a wall microwave. He arrived on time with a good attitude and scope of the job. He presented options and pricing that were affordable and agreeable without any hidden language or fees. Everything about this business is up front and aboveboard. Highly recommended!

I had John and Jacob work for almost 4 days at the residence I just purchased. The quote I received was right in line with my estimate and I could not be any more happy with the quality of work done. William was excellent. Friendly and thorough! He proactively ensured that where he cut into the ceiling, to install can lights, wouldn't be impeded by hidden pipes. I liked how efficiently Scott and Jared were able to diagnose the problem. They quickly addressed the issue and restored us to full capacity functioning. They were courteous, clean and effective.

I called Mike and set up an appointment to have some minor work done because he came highly recommended. He sent Greg out to do the job and it turned out to be a bigger job than expected. Greg was a great guy and really got a work out going up and down the stairs to the breaker box. I was very happy with the work that was done and loved the friendly service, that's hard to come by now a days. Thanks Greg.

I had some work done running a new circuit from the panel in the basement to the garage. Everything went well initially, but after they completed the job and left for the day, the room above the garage no longer had power. They came out the next day and investigated, couldn't find the issue and then said it wasn't anything they had done.

Sure, I've lived in this house for years with no electrical issues and it just so happened that the day they performed electrical work that somehow that circuit magically broke on its own. Unbelievable! They should have done the right thing and fixed what they broke (probably from when they were drilling into the wall in the garage to secure the conduit), but instead they doubled down that it wasn't their fault and charged to fix it.

After this ordeal was over, they did offer to send another technician to come out and look at it again, but I declined as I just want to put this behind me. Short of tearing into drywall and pulling out the damaged wire they won't be able to diagnose the root cause anyway and will probably just triple-down on claiming it's somehow my fault. I understand that hiring any company to work on your house is always a risk. I would recommend passing on Bickimer Electric and giving some other company a try.

Great team of professionals. Best of all, they have their logistics down to a science. They arrive when scheduled and if they might miss the time, inform the client of the status. Prices are reasonable but mostly grateful for their professional and courageous service.

Bickimer had great communication and did a wonderful job. Greg & Brian were friendly & on time. They corrected a botched electrical job that was done in our bathroom remodel. I will be using them again and would highly recommend this company.
