Our garage door seemed to be working fine until the last time I tried to open it. It came off the track and the top of the door where the windows are dis attached from the rest of the door. One side of the door fell on my car. Surprisingly, there was no major damage other than some scratches. Our technician, Zach, was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable. He was precise and walked us through everything he was needing to do. He did next to the impossible and had the garage door operable and got both cars out in less than 2 hours. I 100 % recommend Overhead Door and Zach.
Our Overhead garage door came off one track at about 4:00 on Friday. I immediately called Overhead Door and spoke to a very pleasant, helpful person who passed on the service request with the details I supplied. Within the hour the technician called and said he was on the way. Nathan showed up and soon diagnosed the problem. One cable had come off which caused the other side to come off the track dislodging 3 of the rollers. At his suggestion, we replaced all the rollers, put the cable back on, and made some adjustments and maintenance. Nathan was very pleasant and helpful. Couldn't ask for better service.
My wife backed into the garage door while it had not fully opened. Overhead Door came out and had it operational the same day. Knowledgeable and courteous technicians.

installation had some scratches on side trim and had small dot like areas where paint missed during painting at factory. I called them and they came right out and checked. They went above and beyond and ordered us an entire new set of doors and trim, installed as soon as shipped to them and I am a happy customer. Outstanding service
