TCA has been coming out to clean our home for several years now, every two weeks, and they always do a real good job. It is worth every penny! Yesterday the team consisted of Ivy and Ava - the house cleaning was done well and professionally.

Team #3 ivy, Ava, Tristan are amazing!!! Their positive energy brightens up the house as much as their hard work! They do a phenomenal job every time, and I know we feel blessed to have such a wonderful team to help keep our home in shape!

Team #3, Ivy and Ava came to do our clean today. We've decided to request them all the time. Our experiences with other teams have been very good, but these two are just fantastic in every way. They're so pleasant, they're attentive to detail, and they really seem to care about our home and our experience with TCA. Just a bit ago I did a double-take at our stove. They have it absolutely sparkling on top: it almost looks brand new again! I notice little things like that every time they've been here.

TCA has been fantastic over the past 6 months we've been using their service, and Ivy and Ava are the best! We know we'll be delighted with our fresh, clean home every single time. :)

Team 6 has done an excellent job maintaining our home for several years now. They are friendly, thorough, and consistent.

I was given an estimate of 4 hours cleaning @ $60/hour for my approx 2000SF lower level. They sent 3 girls and they spent 2.5 hours (so 7.5 hrs cleaning) and charged me $450. I have used many cleaning services in the past. The 4 hour time frame is about right for a deep clean. What a ridiculous charge??!! Not only that, but the cleaning quality was very average. My kitchen countertops were not even cleaned. I do NOT recommend this company!

Everything was done very well except the dusting. Dusting seemed very hurried and not well done. Happy with all the other services performed however.

I hired them for an initial deep cleaning before starting a regular cleaning schedule. They missed several blatant messes, didn't appear to have mopped the floors or cleaned the faucets in the bathroom, left dirt on doors and baseboards, messes on tables, spilled the wax in a wax warmer and didn't clean it up, PLUS one person soent 45 minutes vacuuming a 20x16 room making it feel like they were wasting time in order to charge as much as possible (deep cleaning is hourly). I had the clean on a wednesday. I called them with my concerns the following day. Now after a week they won't answer the phone when I call or return my messages and the app wants to charge me a cancelation fee.

Edit that I did finally get a call back after a week, and they offered a free maintenance clean but I would rather not use them again. No mention of a partial refund.

My husband and I haven't used a cleaning service before. We lucked out with The Cleaning Authority! Marissa and Tristynn came for our initial deep-clean today, and they did a fantastic job! The house looks and smells wonderful, and they were so friendly and efficient. We're as happy as can be with TCA, and are so glad to have found them.

Extra stars for Team 4 - Ivy & Gale! They not only did a great cleaning job, but they are so mindful and caring with our older dog. That means the world to us!! Thank you so much!

This took me and my husband forever to figure out how to do this but we did it. Kaylei and Angel were great on Monday. They payed alot of attention to our bathrooms. We are really apprecitive with them. Sweet girls

My sister checked it for me as I was out of town. She is very particular. She texted me that the house looks fantastic super clean. They moved furniture around and cleaned so well. This is my 1st clean. Very satisfied. Can't wait till my next cleaning in 2 wks. 🤩

Team #4 (Ivy & Gale) did a GREAT job on last week's bi-weekly cleaning! They arrived on time, worked quickly and thoroughly, and left my home in EXCELLENT condition! I have requested this team for future cleanings!

We are new to the area and hired The Cleaning Authority to start doing biweekly cleans. The first clean I was disappointed with and called to get clarity on what the cleaning covered – they were very apologetic and came and resolved it - once they did that I had an excellent clean that I was very happy with! I believe Angel was one of the cleaners who did a fantastic job.
