Jesse responded to my message and explained the necessary cuts and the procedure they would follow. Communication was seamless and clear. His crews arrived punctually in the early morning, equipped with exceptional professional tools. They completed the job within the timeframe Jesse anticipated. Additionally, they cleaned our lawn.

Wellnitz did not charge us immediately, as they wanted to ensure our satisfaction with their work.

Unexpectedly, we had to leave the country due to a sudden family death. Wellnitz waited for our return and then performed a second round of cutting. We were astounded by their kindness. Our tree appears healthy, and its branches grow upward. Our neighbors also admire their work.

Jesse did a good job fixing my sad mimosa tree. He is so knowledgeable with trees. I have no idea what others would charge, but this seems pretty good to me—not a lot more than buying a tank of gas. LOL.

We had a great experience with Wellnitz. Jessie did an amazing job quickly analyzing the problems with our two trees, and was informative and friendly. He listened to our observations, and offered several common sense options. Christian and his crew arrived very soon after we accepted and they were fast, professional and accurate. The stump grinding team were in and out so fast we didn't even see them!

Short version is I am very happy with the quote process and working with this company. Wellnitz quoted quickly, and answered ALL of my questions about the 4 trees in question. I asked for changes and tweaks and they were extremely professional and responsive to my requests.

Our only hiccup was getting Evergy to clear limbs near our power line, which took months and large tree limbs to fall in our neighborhood, as well as arcing from the tree limbs in question during a storm. Wellnitz called Evergy multiple times to get the process going.

We ended up having Evergy chop down the trees in question by under the power lines, but they left all the debris. I contacted Wellnitz, and they were able to send guys out the very next day to clear all the debris and trim the remaining trees. We also had our Ash tree treated, which is good for 2-3 years.

The payment process was very easy by online and by phone (I was billed as services were rendered which was great for me and probably for them). I found they had very fair pricing compared to others.

There drivers don't know how to drive. Drive aggressively. Cut off people. Then proceed to cuss and flip off. Extremely unprofessional.

ProshineKC answered the phone right away and within two days traveled over 2 hours to clean our tennis courts in Chapman for a tournament the next day. He worked from 8:30am to 2am in the morning to be complete for a tournament the next day. Thanks for going above and beyond to make our courts look great! There was a lot of grime built up over many years.
