Arborist was very professional and knowledgeable. The crew who did the service was not. I simply asked to be notified when they were on my property, repeated the request, yet they failed to even do this. The arborist apologized for them, but the crew and owner never reached out to me after I notified them.

Initially I had great hopes because of the reviews but my experience with them has been terrible. They cancelled on me twice, which the last time I had called because they were late…”oh they are on their way and will be there shortly…” An hour later I called and left a message and then received an email stating equipment issues and they had to cancel and reschedule. They rescheduled, did the job (never called me to tell me they were on their way like I had asked several times so I could meet them there). They didn’t clean up the area (which was part of the estimate) sticks and limbs were everywhere (even still in the tree) and they broke a marble table. Left another message to have them come back, clean up and “finish” the job. Time will tell.

We hired K.C. Arborist to remove a dead locust tree in our front yard, and while it was sad to see the tree come down, I have to say that I was very impressed with the skill, precision, and professionalism of this crew. Also, the process was easy from start to finish. Jody was great to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely hire this company again if I need to remove any more trees.

We had three extremely large trees that needed to come down in the front of our house. They were all very close to our deck and house, extremely close to power lines and also other pieces of property that could be damaged. The KC Arborist team strategically removed the trees with no damage, left our property clean, and we’re extremely attentive and professional the entire time. Extremely impressed!

Within one hour, KC Arborist had a crew out that had taken care of and cleaned up this large limb. The crew was professional and did a great job tying off the limb so it didn’t do any damage to the fences you can see in the picture. Would definitely use them again. Price was reasonable given same day service after a storm as well. Thanks!

Absolutely a 5 star company! I have had 2 emergency jobs by them in the last year. One was a full tree down and the other a large truck limb broken and hanging in tree both times they responded quickly and provided service within a day. When they get there the crew goes right to work,everyone is constantly in motion getting the job done. They are mindful of not damaging anything else on your property even going to extra effort to not damage flower beds and surroundings. The clean up is outstanding nothing left. They even take a blower and blow the grass so it isn’t mashed down where they worked or used equipment. They are organized and extremely efficient. They removed a medium size tree from my small tight back yard, cleaned up, all debris removed and back in the trucks in 1 hour 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable. Cannot think of any more professional service I have ever had!

We had D&B out to deal with a large tree limb that had come down over the winter as well as 4 or 5 other sizable hedge trees along the fence line of our home. There was no opportunity for using a lift of any kind and the crew had to do the work climbing and dropping the trees in sections via ropes.

While not anything I would do, they were professional and knew what they were doing so well that even when they were perched 60 feet or more up in the tree, they were careful and safe. They did the work and cleaned up all the debris in a day and we couldn’t be happier with the process or the results. I’d recommend highly.

Stay away from this tree service!!! After trimming my tree the tree began to shed all of its leaves and is almost bare. When I contacted them for help on how to protect the tree Beth told me she would call me back but never did. I called and left over 4 messages with her and she never calls back. I had to hire an Arborist to help try and salvage the tree and unsure it it will survive. Do yourself a favor and call someone else that has an Arborist on staff. Going cheap with this company will cost you more!

D&B provided great service, they were quick in coming out for an estimate, sent over the proposal within a couple of hours, and were out to do the work in just days. Communication was easy and responses were fast.
The crew did a fantastic job for my neighbor and I, and my trees are ready to take on storm season without losing any limbs!

I used this company to trim some of my neighbors trees that were creating a problem for my dogs due to the type of trees they were. Unfortunately, I have a old cranky bully for a neighbor on one side that absolutely made life miserable for this company, but they handled it with tremendous patience and professionalism. This neighbor was just off the charts and did everything he could possibly do to make sure that the guys were uncomfortable. They were very professional, performed as agreed upon, polite, and did an excellent job. Clean up was also amazing. I can not thank them enough for putting up with the display of hatred and ugliness that they did. I will use this company again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a dependable, reliable, and caring company. It is rare to find this type of business these days, it is so refreshing.

I had two trees that needed serviced and the crew did an amazing job with both! They were professional, quick and cleaned up any mess that was made at the end. The crew saw we had some previous fallen tree branches at the side of our house and they took it upon themselves to haul those away as well. I couldn’t be more pleased with the services! Very responsible priced as well!

D&B did an outstanding job for us. We had multiple trees removed and trimmed in our backyard. They showed up when they were supposed to and worked unbelievably hard. I can't say enough good things about the crew that did our work. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Crew arrived and set up with competence and sound safety concerns. Equipment was clean well maintained. Operation was well coordinated thru limbing to stump grinding to superb cleanup; finishing under two hours.

Creek Tree Service has beautified our 100 year old oak trees! They have helped us with any tree situation on our property whether it’s large or small which I really like.

We used Creek Tree for the first time yesterday and have already scheduled them to come again. We have lots of big trees and were looking for people we would call again. Wyatt and his team were great!

We've worked with Wyatt and family for almost 10 years now for all of our tree clean-up and maintenance on our property. Polite workers, great communication, always cleaning up after themselves and most importantly, aware of prized plants in the garden!! When a tree comes crashing down in the yard unexpectedly (is it EVER expected???), the last thing you want is more damage to garden plants that you lovingly selected and planted in the yard. Thanks to Wyatt being attentive and detail-oriented, I had nothing else bite the dust, just the tree that decided it was time to go.

Wyatt called us to see if he could move up our appt for tree removal. We were on vacation at the time and he said he would call us the next week to schedule. He showed up the following Wed without notifying us. We had just watered our lawn. and he looked at our lawn and said their machinery would not damage our lawn much and that his machine would stay on same tracks. He drove all over our lawn and caused significant damage. They even drove a smaller machine around picking up small branches and putting them in a trash can. We were told that they would use mats to put on lawn to limit damage to lawn. Wyatt told us they did not have mats on their truck. We were not happy with the amount of damage Wyatt did to our yard.
