I was explaining crabgrass problems the employee you know the 1 with a bad limp. Was very rude by over powering to everything I was saying. Over powering in way that he's right he's always right even raised his voice. When I called him out on that by saying. Look I'm sorry your leg is giving you pain but don't take it out on me. I found in interacting with people. When person acts over powering and acts like he's always right. How do they treat other employees. Something to look at there. So my wife and I left without getting what we wanted. Opps forgot. I did bag uo something CRABGRASS to take with me but I left it on the patio. But not to worry another nursery was more then happy (with a smile) to help us out

Usually have a good experience, but today, after purchasing 3 bales of straw at the Olathe store, about 10 am, the kid who was supposed to load them for us deliberately ignored me for ten minutes. Finally my husband had walk in and get him to do his job. He claimed he didn't see me even though I was standing in plain sight. The store needs to make sure customers don't have to deal with teenagers with bad attitudes.

Had a big Sod project this summer/ fall. Some of it died while getting the exact same amount of water and Sun as the rest. Called to see what my options were and they were beyond helpful. Cameron took full charge of the situation. Came out to inspect, and then after summer was over brought more Sod and laid it himself. Best customer service I've seen when something went wrong. Thankyou Cameron.

I been on the Grass Pad program for 5 years now. My lawn is not only green, it is thick. I get compliments several times a week on how amazing my lawn looks. Thank you for being a wealth of knowledge and can have us DIYers looking professional.

We recently moved to the area and have been here a handful of times. We have been absolutely blown away by the incredible service we receive each time. Everyone is so incredibly helpful and friendly. I will recommend this place a hundred times over to our friends and family.

When you live 5 minutes from a Grass Pad store and drive 35 to go to another one you must have a very good reason, and we do! John, the “salesperson” at Olathe store is AMAZING!!! His knowledge about plants and aesthetics helped my husband and I a lot with our landscaping project (we were totally lost). Thanks John, and we will be back in the spring for more!

As a contractor, switching to the Grass Pad has been one of the best expense choices that I have made. The big garden store that I used to go to cost me 25 to 60% more. The staff is very knowledgeable and their plant supply, though small, covers all my needs. I buy all of my turf supplies they're now!

First visit in and my husband and I were looking for seed for a grading project we were working on. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They asked questions, suggested a couple of options that would work best, and took us over to a bucket area so we could see and feel it. It made the process much less about guessing and the grass looks and feels great.

Have been back several times to purchase plants. All healthy and looked great at purchase and still do.

Craig helped me at the counter where they store all the grass seeds, etc. He was over the top friendly, answered every question I had, told me exactly what to do, and how to do it, and he was very kind well spending time with me and helping me. Thank you so much, Craig!

We visited Grass Pad today to get some ideas for backyard landscaping and as soon as we walked up Jon greeted us with the biggest smile. He was so knowledge and nice! This was one of the best customer service experiences I have experienced in over a year. Thanks Jon!

Love the Grass Pad, I use it every year for my lawn! Every time I come in there is someone to answer all of my questions and get me what I need to keep my lawn green, weed, and varmint free! I picked up the spring seed lawn package and somehow didn't get the seed safe fertilizer. I came back in and they made it right without any questions. I really appreciate their customer service and top rate products! Now if I was just more patient with my lawn.....

Three years ago I sent people here all the time. This week I walked in, no other customers in the store yet, and had two gentleman fighting over who was going to NOT help me, right in front of me, while I was MID SENTENCE. I was merely trying to get information on what to purchase to better take care of my lawn. As a customer I ask that you not disrespect me. The only reason I gave them more than one star is because the people outside were extremely nice and helpful. One gentleman finally told me he heard me and will help answer my questions.

This place is very busy with customers and unloading trucks that are coming in. I was there for about an hour and a half which was not too bad because this place has a lot going on. Adam from Grass Pad told me which dock to back to to get unloaded and to please be patient and he would get to me as soon as he could. He did exactly that. Thanks Adam for not wasting any time and getting me unloaded as quickly as you did. I hope to be bringing y’all another load again.

Quick and efficient assistance. I walked in and asked a question about my yard, received a fast answer and made my purchase. A few days later our yard was chigger free. Thank you Grass Pad!

Extremely helpful place to go for DIY lawn care, pest control, gardening, etc. The staff is very knowledgeable in the products and many of them use the same products on their own lawns so they can give a first-hand account of how well they work. I also appreciate them being considerate of your budget and admitting when you can achieve similar results with cheaper products instead of pushing the more expensive ones. I could see myself coming here a lot for my lawn care and pest control needs.

Really liked the place and liked supporting a smaller business than Lowes or Home Depot. Nice variety and selection. Staff wasn't very visible in the flower area but were super helpful and friendly everywhere else. Got some good recommendations and advice. Prices were very fair and reasonable. Will definitely be back for more gardening needs.

I dont usually leave reviews but grass pads expertise and superb customer service has saved the day again. A few years ago they helped us get our yard from just a pile of weeds to one of the best lawns in the neighborhood. This visit I had some very specific needs for a large landscape project and they helped me pick the perfect flowers and bushes. We always come in with 50 questions and feel very confident leaving that we know what we are doing. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and helpful!

I purchased two $24.99 extra large mums 2 weeks ago.
One of the mums is flourishing.
One mum was a dud from the start.
I returned the dud mum today, 10/3/22 late afternoon.
I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help me - the cashier could not help.
One of the manager/supervisors finally arrived.
I was told there was no guarantee on the mums and he couldn't allow me to swap it out.
He would allow me to purchase yet another mum for half off.

I left the mum there.
Very sad that after paying over $50 for 2 mums, there wasn't any kind of customer service.
I showed a photo of the one good mum at home that was flourishing nicely.

Horrible customer service.
I would not recommend buying mums from this location.

First time getting real help with my lawn!! I bought the house almost 10 years ago and have had bare spots from the previous owners pool. Tried so many things but never worked until now!! Thank you for everything!!

Great employees, great product, helpful information about lawn care. I shop here for my lawn yearly supply of all nutrients including seed. All you need to do is sweat, mow and water the lawn. I haven't had a bad experience with the business or its knowledgeable employees. I recommend all my friends to shop here.

The quality of product at Grass Pad is much better than at the big box stores. We've purchased grass seed, top soil, sod, fertilizer and more from them and have had great results. The staff is also very knowledgeable and can walk you through your lawn rennovation projects.
