Their thorough work has truly made a difference in our homes. Knowing I can count on their professionalism and care has lifted a huge burden from my shoulders and greatly improved our daily life. We just had our second cleaning from The Cleaning Authority, and we've been very pleased with how thorough they are. They also do little flourishes like fold the towels in the bathrooms like it's a hotel, it leaves things feeling fancy. We just don't have the time in our day to do all the little cleaning-related tasks that they take care of. Highly recommend.

It looked Amazing. I was quit impressed by how everything was shiny clean even my kitchen cabinets were clean. And as embarrassing as it was the ladies tackled the worst part of my house master bathroom and it looked so wonderful & very clean. Now after seeing all that they did I can understand why it took them 3 hours to clean everything.

TCA has been coming out to clean our home for several years now, every two weeks, and they always do a real good job. It is worth every penny! Yesterday the team consisted of Ivy and Ava - the house cleaning was done well and professionally.

Team #3, Ivy and Ava came to do our clean today. We've decided to request them all the time. Our experiences with other teams have been very good, but these two are just fantastic in every way. They're so pleasant, they're attentive to detail, and they really seem to care about our home and our experience with TCA. Just a bit ago I did a double-take at our stove. They have it absolutely sparkling on top: it almost looks brand new again! I notice little things like that every time they've been here.

TCA has been fantastic over the past 6 months we've been using their service, and Ivy and Ava are the best! We know we'll be delighted with our fresh, clean home every single time. :)

Team 6 has done an excellent job maintaining our home for several years now. They are friendly, thorough, and consistent.

I was given an estimate of 4 hours cleaning @ $60/hour for my approx 2000SF lower level. They sent 3 girls and they spent 2.5 hours (so 7.5 hrs cleaning) and charged me $450. I have used many cleaning services in the past. The 4 hour time frame is about right for a deep clean. What a ridiculous charge??!! Not only that, but the cleaning quality was very average. My kitchen countertops were not even cleaned. I do NOT recommend this company!

Everything was done very well except the dusting. Dusting seemed very hurried and not well done. Happy with all the other services performed however.
