House Cleaning reviews in Olathe, Kansas

I hired them for an initial deep cleaning before starting a regular cleaning schedule. They missed several blatant messes, didn't appear to have mopped the floors or cleaned the faucets in the bathroom, left dirt on doors and baseboards, messes on tables, spilled the wax in a wax warmer and didn't clean it up, PLUS one person soent 45 minutes vacuuming a 20x16 room making it feel like they were wasting time in order to charge as much as possible (deep cleaning is hourly). I had the clean on a wednesday. I called them with my concerns the following day. Now after a week they won't answer the phone when I call or return my messages and the app wants to charge me a cancelation fee.

Edit that I did finally get a call back after a week, and they offered a free maintenance clean but I would rather not use them again. No mention of a partial refund.

My husband and I haven't used a cleaning service before. We lucked out with The Cleaning Authority! Marissa and Tristynn came for our initial deep-clean today, and they did a fantastic job! The house looks and smells wonderful, and they were so friendly and efficient. We're as happy as can be with TCA, and are so glad to have found them.

Extra stars for Team 4 - Ivy & Gale! They not only did a great cleaning job, but they are so mindful and caring with our older dog. That means the world to us!! Thank you so much!

This took me and my husband forever to figure out how to do this but we did it. Kaylei and Angel were great on Monday. They payed alot of attention to our bathrooms. We are really apprecitive with them. Sweet girls

My sister checked it for me as I was out of town. She is very particular. She texted me that the house looks fantastic super clean. They moved furniture around and cleaned so well. This is my 1st clean. Very satisfied. Can't wait till my next cleaning in 2 wks. 🤩

Team #4 (Ivy & Gale) did a GREAT job on last week's bi-weekly cleaning! They arrived on time, worked quickly and thoroughly, and left my home in EXCELLENT condition! I have requested this team for future cleanings!

We are new to the area and hired The Cleaning Authority to start doing biweekly cleans. The first clean I was disappointed with and called to get clarity on what the cleaning covered – they were very apologetic and came and resolved it - once they did that I had an excellent clean that I was very happy with! I believe Angel was one of the cleaners who did a fantastic job.

I’ve been using the cleaning authority for about a year now and never have I been so disappointed with the service that I have received the last 3-4 months. The last clean my house looked terrible, the girls spent more time making designs out of toilet paper and paper towels than taking the time to clean the specific areas of rotation well. My floor was damaged from them leaving the floors soaking wet after mopping then laying down the dog bed creating a huge water stain. I called to complain and was told my the Olathe office manager that team would not be coming back to my house and my next clean would be FREE. Yesterday the same crew showed up, skipped and entire bathroom which was the areas of rotation, and didn’t clean the areas I had specifically asked them to which were forgotten last time. I wrote a note so they wouldn’t forget! I specifically said do not get this area wet on my floor as I picked up the dog bed to prevent further damage to my floor and it was drenched with the mop AGAIN! To top it off I called the office manager several times to make the girls come back to fix the issues, she said they will come back. They never did and something “happened with the team” so they could come back Monday. Hello, send someone else here or a manager to fix this?! I checked my email and I was charged!! Call back to get this reversed, no answer again.. terrible management! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY BY MONDAY! First batch from the first complaint. Notice my floor isn’t that bad.. just wait til what happened yesterday!

The Cleaning Authority does a thorough job of cleaning my house biweekly! Team 4 cleaned this week, and we do seem to have multiple teams that come out, all doing a great job. And they are nice to my dog too!

We've had The Cleaning Authority clean our house for over a year. They did an initial deep cleaning that was incredible. Team #4 “Ivy and Gale” have done a wonderful job, not only with cleaning our home, but also understanding our dogs are part of our family. Upon arrival, Ivy and Gale often ask if Hoz and Koda can come out of their kennels for a couple minutes to say hi.

The Cleaning Authority has been helping me keep my house clean for over a year now and it’s been worth every penny. Their staff are polite, professional, thorough, and efficient. One of the best parts about working with TCA are the regularly returning teams that come to my home to clean it. They know my house and, more importantly, they know my cats. :) Team 5 (B and C) are excellent at what they do!

Good morning! I wanted to take the time to let you know how much I appreciate team number six and how hard they work to clean my house. Both Marissa and? Name not only pay attention to details but many times politely include little cleaning gestures that accommodate my lifestyle. They are both warm, personable, and compassionate. it is obvious that they care about doing a good job.
In addition, I would also like to thank the Cleaning Authority as a whole for always trying to work with me when it comes to scheduling needs.

We had team 7 today (Jennifer, Karen and Jenny) and they were friendly, efficient and did a wonderful job. Our home always looks so good and smells so fresh after a visit!

Wow! Very impressed with this company. We started using them for a few rental properties and once we saw the great job that they did we decided to go ahead and move forward with our construction investment properties as well. We do about over 50 houses a year and they never miss a beat. It’s hard to find quality as well as kind, personable companies, and this team checks off all the boxes. Thank you so much, Christina.
