I’ve been using Cottage Care for quite a while, but Julia Alley is fantastic! She’s very thorough in her cleaning. It makes our house shine when she leaves! I highly recommend Cottage Care and especially Julia Alley!

I've had wonderful service from Cottage Care in Olathe! I’ve used them for house cleaning, windows, and rugs. They always do a great job. Taylor and Courtney are detail oriented, friendly and industrious. They did a fantastic job, and went the extra mile!

Jess from Cottage Care was here today and I always love how my house looks after she works her magic. With three permanent dogs and a foster, it isn’t easy to keep the house clean and Jess always makes it look and feel great!!

Today 5/22 Rain forgot to change my sheets, I had them out…..We are in the last end of a remolded & I have clutter all over my bedroom, I might have forgotten to ask her. Things are very nice otherwise. Really nice gal.

I’m not one to typically leave reviews, but Brooklyn and Kaitlyn cleaned our house today and it looks AMAZING! My husband and I went back and forth on cleaning the house ourselves or hiring out help and I so glad we hired out help. Brooklyn and Kaitlyn were kind, efficient and did an exceptional job. Julia spent an amazing amount of time deep cleaning my bathroom, before moving to the other rooms as well
to give everything the clean appearance of being a new apartment.
After your housekeeper has everything clean, you can inspect for the quality of the cleaning or point anything out if you wish. The final step is a manager will stop by and inspect to make sure everything is perfectly clean before the housekeeper leaves. The ladies did a great job cleaning the house, but no one checked in with me when they were done, and I got charged for maybe an hour more than I expected. So a little disappointed in that, but overall they did great.

The two ladies who showed up were on time and very kind. In this time of uncertainty I was at ease letting them in my home. They came with face masks and shoe covers, and were very detailed. They even took time to tidy up trinkets, and organize little piles that made the house look great! I really appreciate how responsive they were.
