Home Sweep Home did an amazing job cleaning our entire house before I hosted family for the holidays. Literally saved me a full day of cleaning so I could get other errands done. I was able to book them quickly, ladies showed up on time and did great work. I would highly recommend.

I also can pay by credit card and tip through my cc online, so I don't have to remember to get cash or write a check. :)

Great job and availability! We had another cleaning service company cancel on us the morning of our appointment. This was right before we needed to list our house for sale. Home Sweep Home found availability on a Saturday for us to save the day. They did a great job with fast service.

We've been using Home Sweep Home for quite a while now and have always been happy with the service. We took a break for two months because of COVID-19 and when they came back this last week they really went above and beyond. The cleaning is always thorough, but this time it was exceptional. And after being home with two young kids for over two months the house definitely needed it! I would recommend this company and will keep using them!

Home Sweep Home did an excellent job cleaning my home. Scheduling online was extremely easy and convenient. Amber and Katrina arrived on time and got to work immediately. They were extremely professional and efficient. Before I knew it my entire house was sparkling! Can't thank them enough and will definitely continue to use this service.

I loved having Home Sweep Home come in our home to perform a cleaning. I couldn't be happier with how it all looked (and smelled) great when they were through. The process was easy to set up and they were very thorough with reminders. It was definitely the best part of my Monday! I highly recommend them!

If I could give zero stars I would! I was so disappointed after an 1 1/2 hour clean with 3 cleaners. They are quick but very sorry. My bed though they changed the sheets look like my two year old made it afterwards. They left spiderwebs on the flower pots black marks on the kitchen floor and a wet dirty rag under my rug in the bathroom. Maybe I am old school but I am not sure how one can dust furniture without moving objects. I don't know if the crew is new or what I expected but for 240.00 I got robbed! Never again either you all houses aren't dirty or I am expecting too much!! You see all that dog hair and grim left on the floor under a rug that was supposed to be clean and then DONE! I would NEVER use them again! Very disappointed!

We have been with this cleaning company for at least 2 years now. Amazing group. Ashlin who arranges the dates is extremely responsive and accommodating. Christina and Gloria do such a wonderful job with the cleaning. They take such personal interest and care with your house and stuff around the house. They are always cheerful, happy to work with. The house looks great and smells wonderful when you walk into that cleaned house. They used to clean our old house. And recently before moving to our new house they helped with move in cleaning as well! The house was very welcoming before the move! We will continue to have them clean our current house as well! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately we scheduled a move out clean for my mother in law’s home. Scheduling was very easy, they were able to get us on their schedule within a few days. However the January snow storm hit and they weren’t able to clean. Knowing the storm was coming I reached out to them the night before asking if we should reschedule. I received a response that we should. And I waited for follow up on a date. I then reached out again asking if we can reset to later in the week. No reply. It has been over a week and still no response. I understand the roads were not great early in the week as I was the one who contacted them initially for a reschedule. It is the lack of communication on their part I have an issue with. And I still haven’t received any response from them. I cannot comment on their cleaning ability. Unfortunate as I sought them out as a woman owned business.

Home Sweep Home has made my life so much better. I can count on having a clean house when they bring in their team. They are in and out efficiently and am always so happy with their work! They are also honest. They found a $100 bill crumpled on my laundry room floor and brought it to me. My husband had accidentally washed it in his jeans and did not realize it had falllen on the floor when sorting the laundry.

Home Sweep Home has been our housecleaning company of choice for over 10 years. They are fast, thorough, and honest. I appreciate the ease of scheduling and the positive attitude of not only the wonderful cleaning teams but also management. I highly recommend.

We have been using Home Sweep Home Cleaning for just over three years, and we have had a consistently excellent experience. We have a team come every two weeks (typically the same team), and they consistently do a fabulous job on the cleaning and are able to do it efficiently as well. They always arrive on time and are friendly and professional as well as careful with our home and belongings. I've also appreciated the flexibility when I've needed to move a cleaning in advance - the office team is always super responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service. Call Ashlan in the office to get a cleaning set up. She’s great and will work with schedule.

They didn't show up the 1st day. Said they put down wrong day. Next day they were an hour late and didn't stay 2 hrs. Practically ran out the door. That night the door to my microwave mysteriously fell off in my hand. I also spent 2 days afterward cleaning. The recliner in my living room had not been moved. My shower was not cleaned abd neither was my bedroom door. Not again.
