We have used Brian for several years at our home in Shawnee, KS. Been very impressed with the service, prices and results we've received from his lawn fertilization and weed control program. We also have contracted with Green Head to manage our irrigation system and do some landscape design work in the past. They've never let us down.

Brian is very professional. I've been using his service for over 2 years now and I can really see the difference. Brian did a total kill of my backyard after a brutally hot summer and after re-seeding and fertilization it looks great. The turf is nice and thick with very little weeds. When you sign up for his service if weeds or crabgrass pops up between treatments he comes out and takes care of it free of charge. My yard has never looked better and I can pretty much forget about fertilizing and treating weeds. His services are very much worth it and I would highly recommend Green Head Turf Systems.

We've used Aspen for our sprinkler needs since 2019 and are continually pleased with their service. They've taken care of busted sprinkler lines, faulty heads, and winterization each year and we've continued to refer without complaint. Austin provided our winterization this year and we couldn't be happier! He explained where the faults were, left a detailed description of where our shut-off is, and where the zones are located, and was very friendly and kind. After several years with Aspen, we'll continue coming back and recommend them to anyone.

Austin and James from Aspen came out today to repair my control panel (module replacement), improve my settings, and adjust sprinkler heads in a timely and professional manner. I really appreciated their straight forward, factual and logical approach. It was refreshing that they did not try to "up-sale". Their service fee and parts were extremely reasonable. Highly recommend these guys.

We have been using Aspen for several years to winterize and service our irrigation system. Austin called ahead of time and arrived right on time. He was very helpful and gave us a heads up on some items that need to be addressed in the next year or so.

We have used this company for two seasons. The first season, last year, Aspen did a very good job. No complaints at all. Very positive experience. This second season, Aspen has been completely unreliable. Our mow schedule has been nonexistent, and we haven't been provided with any notice of delays or reschedules. Aspen just doesn't show up and then randomly shows up at a later date. Cannot know when to set sprinklers. Cannot properly water new sod. Had to do a call-back for weeds as the first application was not performed throughout the whole lawn and then surprisingly got fully charged for this call-back service. This is on top of paying a good bit more this season for mows compared with last season. We have called Aspen about these issues at least a half dozen times, and each time we are assured that Aspen will show up as scheduled and that the problem will be corrected. Has not happened. Latest example is this one. Aspen was supposed to perform its mow yesterday. Did not arrive and did not send any notice of non-arrival. Sprinkler tech shows up this morning and can't do his work because we informed him that the lawn would be mowed later today and we cannot have the grass soaked otherwise it will be damaged by the mowers. He understood and very politely agreed to come at 8 am tomorrow morning. Here we are now on Friday night and Aspen has not showed up. Which means the sprinkler tech will arrive early tomorrow morning, per our rescheduling, and soak the lawn, making it unable to be mowed without being damaged. Checked in with a manager about this issue before posting this review (after being invited to contact him earlier today if we continue to experience issues) and only by our outreach did we learn that Aspen will not be coming this evening. After being informed about the timing of the sprinkler work at 8 am tomorrow morning, the solution offered by Aspen was to come "first thing tomorrow morning" to mow, which of course does not work given when the lawn will be soaked. We are thoroughly disappointed.

We have used Aspen for several years and they’ve always been great with our lawn care and bug control. Today Jacob Cook came out to do bug control and was thorough and communicated with me well about when he was coming so I could unlock our gate for him and keep our dogs inside. We appreciate the thoughtfulness.

Austin came out today and did a wonderful job in blowing out sprinkler system! Was very professional and helped me locate our main sprinkler shut of valve for which I appreciated! He took the time to ask if I had any questions and even updated our sprinkler location sticker guide to a much nicer readable version! Thank you Austin!!

We have recently had the pleasure of using a variety of services that Aspen Lawn provides. They helped us with changes and additions to our irrigation, created and planted a large area of landscape that even included gorgeous seasonal pots. One of the challenges that they had with our landscaping needs was to work with some plants that were already established. When they finished, you would never be able to tell the difference between existing and new! Mo went out if his way to find us healthy plants to offer us the best look and durability possible. He has a great eye for design and an amazing crew to get the work completed! I am happy to recommend Aspen and their wonderful people!
