The work was adequate, but the prices are entirely too high. FWIW, I was not going to leave a review, as I had already expressed my displeasure directly to the company, but they sent me this link, so I followed up.

The entire experience was extremely positive. The brothers did a very fine job, rates are reasonable, and I will continue to use their services to save my back which makes me very happy.

Agreement was every two weeks but they cut more often and bill for it after the fact demanding payment even though we didn’t agree to more cutting. When they did cut I had to complain and have them come back because they didn’t cut or trim everything. That happened very often. They’re pushy for payments on the unnecessary extra cuts and make excuses or blame the customer when they do a bad job.

Brown Brother's Lawn Care is great to work with! They are always timely, great with their communication, and do an amazing job with my lawn. Highly recommend

I contacted Eddie about shoveling our driveway on a recent bitter snow day. He was quick to respond to my request for help and arrived on time the next morning to shovel. He and his brother were fast and efficient and cleared the walk from my driveway to the front door without being asked. For the next big snow, I will certainly want to use their services. Thanks!

😏Well I gave this company another chance it's now 7:25pm no call no show.
It's a shame I guess my business was not important enough for them..maybe I didn't own a big fancy home..Maybe we weren't the right color. I don't know but I throw my hands up at this company..I definitely would not recommend this company to any one..smh

Well after receiving their bad review they did contact me and apologize for everything and want to make amends..I am a reasonable person so I am willing to give them the opportunity to make the wrong right..I pray they will keep their word and do the job right this time..I will keep everyone posted on the outcome thank you

Initially we got off to a slow start as a result of a misunderstanding, probably some of that is on me, but that is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. They are truly great at communicating, they show up, do their thing, and off they go. I’m pleased with my lawn and how it appears. I really cannot say enough good about the Brown Brothers.

This past year I have been utilizing the Brown Brothers Lawn care. Every time they have done my lawn it has looked great and done thoroughly. They are always on time and great with their communication. Would highly recommend!

UPDATE: After 2 months I finally received our official invoice. It was almost $200 higher than we agreed on. We called to see if he would knock that off since the work was so poorly done and because that wasn’t the agreed on price, or see if he’d come fix his errors to justify the price, and he just justified that the extra was taxes even though every time I’ve had bids done companies already include the taxes. Terribly unprofessional “company”.

I don’t usually take time to do reviews but I feel like it’s important to relay my experience so maybe it doesn’t happen to the next person who hires these guys. Maybe it can help Brown Brothers build a better business. We were looking for a company to do our landscaping around our back patio and I decided to hire brown brothers because they originally had the cheapest bid and they seemed easy to work with and they had great reviews online. However, my experience was very frustrating from beginning to end.

Communication was very unprofessional, I would call and text Eddie and sometimes I wouldnt get a response, sometimes I’d get a response a couple days later. He no called, no showed three times. I understand things happen and things need to get pushed back but it’s completely unprofessional to not give your clients a courtesy call or text to let them know you’re not coming when you planned. The bid I was originally given apparently didn’t cover everything we discussed when Eddie came out the first time. I drew him the exact plan I had explained to him because the drawing he sent me wasn’t what we originally talked about and it didn’t include all the spaces we talked about. His bid also only covered the trees and bushes we talked about but not the flowers we talked about. I wasn’t sure what flowers to go with but I told him what I was looking for and figured he’d put an allowance in the bid and include some different flower options for me to chose from. Instead it wasn’t in the bid and I ended up going and picking everything out myself at the landscaping store. Because of the horrible communication preparing for the landscaping plan, I knew I needed to be there for the install. And I was glad I was because even though we’d gone over everything I wanted twice and he had the drawing of exactly how I wanted it, it wasn’t being done right. The plants were being installed unevenly and in the wrong places, the width I’d asked for between the patio and the edge of the mulch wasn’t correct and because they’d already dug it out and didn’t start with a painted line to make sure it was right before digging I just had to deal with it, I asked for a curved edge for the mulch and he tried to do a straight line and then they tried to make it a curve the best they could but it’s not exactly what I was wanting. There wasn’t enough mulch put down, it’s so thin you can see through it, the flag stones were just set on top of the mulch so they are a tripping hazard. Not even a month went by and grass is growing everywhere up through the mulch because no preemergent was put down. They literally just threw a thin layer of mulch over the dirt. Eddie hit our sprinkler line and said he wasn’t sure what the pipe was he hit. He did come out and fix it after no showing twice. But I’d asked him to make sure we were there to make sure it was being fixed correctly and he did it when we weren’t home. Our sprinkler seems to be working fine but we can’t see that it was repaired correctly and also our tree was replanted crooked and on top of the sprinkler line so we will most likely have to dig it all up again to move the line so roots don’t grow in to it. So now we are going to have to fix all these problems and spend more money then if I would’ve gone with a more professional company who does this full time. I found out through all of this that this is just something Eddie does on the side from school. Which is great if the work was being done right and communication was professional. I hope this honest review can help correct future business they do for other clients.

The Brown Brothers took care of our lawn needs all summer and fall and did a great job. They worked around our schedule and were competitively priced and we will continue to utilize their services.

Originally gave these guys five stars, then edited it to three stars after reaching out to them a couple of times with no response. Turns out I was texting to a number they use for outgoing messages. Derp.

So now I’m back to five stars, with the comment I’d originally posted: that these guys are dependable as clockwork and did a fine job of mowing, edging, and blowing my driveway and sidewalks all last season.

The guys had top notch equipment and took very little time to do a detailed, thorough job. Their strongest benefit is their reliability and communication. Calls/texts were always politely and promptly returned as the schedule changed as Nature tends to do. All of this for a reasonable price and value. Highly rec'd!!

Brown Brothers’ Lawn Care made it easy to make sure I had no worries with my lawn. They were consistent with their schedule. They offer more services than mowing but I still like to get out and do a few things. Will probably take them up on more yard maintenance.

I have used their lawn service for over two years and have been thoroughly satisfied with their performance. Any questions I had were answered promptly and courteously. They use excellent equipment for a great result for the cutting and trimming. I’m sure you will be pleased if you decide to use their services- give Eddie a call to discuss you lawn care needs.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! I live with my parents and we hired this company this summer to do some lawn work and a little landscaping. During the summer they failed to mow when scheduled leaving us to take care of it. We would contact the company and would take days if not weeks to contact us back. We were excited for the landscaping and it looked subpar at best, same as the mowing. I could have hired a local teenager and they would have done a better job. When we asked about the quality there was always an excuse and blame placed on my parents. We received the bill for the landscaping and mowing and our draws dropped. It was thousands, THOUSANDS over what was quoted. Disgusting!!

Brown Brothers have aways done a great job on my lawn.

Our normal mower (grandson) broke their leg so we needed someone quickly to finish out the season. Brown Brothers stepped in and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if needed.

Stay Away! Gives a good quoted price and even after you have paid in full, or above the original quote, the price just keeps increasing. Obviously puts the buyer in a bind when you have a half done project and they already have your money. Feel pressured to keep paying the increases as they can be attributed to material cost increases since the project began and whatnot. Overall unprofessional and 0 star business.

We have had two prior lawn care companies and Brown brothers lawn care are by far the best. They are always on time, they work quickly and efficiently, our yard looks great and we don’t have to worry about mowing! They also clean up the grass that gets mowed on our swing set, our driveway and steps. Hire them if you’re looking for great service!
