The Gentleman Plumber was very quick to respond to my message for emergency needed services, and just as quick to schedule and send someone out. Grant was amazing, thorough, and was able to resolve our issue while also educating us on the futuristic problems that our leasing office will be made aware of. We have functional plumbing for now, which is more than I can say for the previous 24 hours!

The gentleman plumber was with me every step of the way and even though they had to go another 80 feet, they stuck to their original bid. and even after the job was done they went that extra mile to make sure we got the final City inspection to the new buyers. thank you Gentleman plumbing you guys are the best.

Grant and Pierce are the great team who came to give us a second option, and assured us that they could indeed install a gas hot water heater and a new flue (we were advised by another company that we needed to switch to electric and didn’t want to do that) They are true gentleman who live up to the company name. Out of the box they informed me that the water heater had a big dent in it, and they helped my son get it back in his car so he could return it to the big box store for a new one, which thankfully was in much better shape. The finished result was neat and tidy and professional. And they took the old unit! Always cheerful, always helpful and very knowledgeable. Our NOW go-to plumber.

One of the best experience I've had with a plumbing company in KC. Filled out form on their website, got call back almost immediately. Chris came out and provided free estimate. We had the main water line break on a rehab project over the winter. We got several bids for replacement from the other "plumbing, HVAC, electrical companies" were outrageous. Not sure if they were trying to take advantage of my wife since she met the estimator. Anyhow, The Gentleman Plumber provides fair pricing and Noah and team did great work. Will use them again whenever I need a plumber in KC area. Highly recommend.

Trent and his crew did a great job when they replaced the sewer line in our basement. At the beginning it took a few attempts to schedule his company to come and look at the job site. After we agreed to hire this company, they did the work and completed it on time within the estimated cost they provided. Highly recommended!

Grant and Pierce both were very thorough and explained the issues and work needing to be done. Once they completed the work they showed us what they did and made sure we were content. 10/10 would recommend and we would call them back for any future plumbing work!
