Phil from JF Denney arrived to tackle the plumbing issues at my property. Had an old, metal, handwheel for my main water, shut off that appeared it would fail in the event I needed to shut the water off! So Phil replaced it with a more efficient and effective 1/4 turn shut off valve! I feel more at peace now! That was an added request, my initial call was for an outside water faucet that was plastic and worn out, the plastic handwheel rotated both ways nonstop due to rounded off components. Phil was able to access the internals through a cutout behind my washer and replace everything with new, more sturdy hardware. Phil was respectful, knowledgeable, time efficient and upfront about costs and do's/don'ts. I would definitely recommend JF Denney to anyone needing plumbing services.

My tankless water heater stopped working and we had guests coming. J F Denney responded the same day and their technician solved the issue. He was professional and the bill was fair and reasonable. They are a "go to" company.

These guys were great! I had roots creating a clog in my main sewer line. They cleared it quickly with no mess left behind. Very professional. I'll definitely call them again and recommend them to friends.

So appreciate the professional and prompt help we received from JF Denney when our hot water tank went out. Melissa was very helpful, personable and professional and worked me through the process. Kevin was very efficient and knowledgeable as he replaced our tank and helped us restore the ability to take hot showers once again! Sooo grateful! They saved us a tremendous amount of money. We used their services before to put in our soft water system. I definitely recommend their trustworthy services!!

The plumbers had a difficult problem to solve. We had calcium deposits break apart in our hot water lines and created blockages throughout two bathrooms. The work took the better part of two days to replace multiple fittings and shower cartridges to get the appropriate hot water pressure. We really appreciate their hardwork!

Andrew and Pete were awesome! Very professional, explained whats was going on, worked effectively and efficiently, and made a great impression. Also suggested products to help with preventative maintenance. Will call JF Denney again if I have plumbing issues!

Edit August 2025: Well, I did have an issues (broken water heater) and I did call JF Denney again. This time, Milt and Travis came out and got everything sorted in just a couple of hours. It was great talking with them; they worked as a team and I was able to take a hot shower that night for the first time in 3 days. At this point, JF Denney will always be my go-to for plumbing issues.

We wanted a new shower that would work well for us as we aged. JF Denney came listened to what we wanted then Brandon and Team came in and made it happen.

On 11/11/25 Brian came out to fix my dripping shower, he arrived early, and was finished quickly. He explained what was wrong thoroughly. Thank you not only to Brian but the entire JFDenney crew. Everyone who has ever worked on anything in my house has always been professional and kind! I just can’t remember everyone’s name! This also includes the staff who answer the phones! I will always use this company for my plumbing and HVAC issues!!

We had a water softener placed in our house. The initial estimate, purchasing, installation and follow up were great. Very professional office and I would highly recommend them.

J F Denney just cleaned our dryer vent. As always they were on time and had all equipment necessary for the job. They also replaced the dryer vent hookup. Daniel was polite, friendly and respectful of or property. The area was in great condition when job was completed. This company services our heating, cooling and water conditioning. Biannual HVAC service. Unlike other HVAC companies, JF Denney provides easy and timely scheduling, and their service techs are actually "service techs" (Finally!! This is a company that does not try to sell or upsell anything every time they walk in the door).
They also service our water softener, and provide delivery of salt as needed.

My furnace did not start up for the season so I had them come out and they discovered I had a defective Heat exchanger. The only solution was a new furnace, so they gave me an estimate and I had two other local companies give estimates. Denny's came in within $200 of everybody else so I went with them. They have been in business for 70 years , are local and have a very good rating on google. They completed the job in a timely manner and also very professionally. I was very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.
