Mr. Rooter makes me happy! They respond quickly, are very efficient in their scheduling, and have that personal touch you miss in alternatives. Jake helped me out. Many of my issues weren't so straightforward. He educated me on how I can address them and we have a plan of attack on how track down another issue.

In the end, he also installed an outdoor spigot for our home.

Jake came in, took the time to review my slow draining kitchen sinks. He took the time to sort out proper solutions both short term and long term providing good information on the benefits of each. In the end I chose to do the long term option and am very glad I did. My under sink looks cleaner and more organized than ever and I am happy not to have any galvanized pipes anymore. He showed me a picture of the work done in the crawl space and of the inside of galvanized pipe he replaced which was VERY nasty. I think I now have peace of mind and a very well draining kitchen sink. Jake, THANK YOU!

They installed a utility sink and pump for my washer, as well as a line for my fridge to get water. Jake installed gas piping for my new pool heater. After trying for hours, he was unable to dig the 60' trench by hand, and rented a machine to do it. He was tenacious, courteous and worked hard to get a proper installation to my satisfaction.

I live in lawrence and they had a plumber who also lives here, they sent a reasonable estimate for a relatively small job so I accepted. He got here perfectly on time, was finished in under an hour, and didn't go a penny over the estimate. 10/10 quick, friendly, and professional service.

I had a drain that had to be snaked and another provider came over during the weekend to do the work. He also provided an estimate on some additional work - I had a "water hammer" that sounded like my basement was going to blow. Mr. Rooter called Monday to follow up on my call for the drain and I asked if they could come and check out the other issue to give an estimate. Jake came out and was amazing! Very knowledgeable, he had great communication and was very transparent. He provided my options and a realistic timeframe I would have before serious problems would occur. I was very impressed with his honesty and professionalism so I went forward. The other company did not follow up and they were off on the problem.
