Joe arrived as scheduled and installed a delicate, very elaborate whole-home filter for my water. I showed him where I wanted it and he completed the job in two hours or less. It looked professionally installed and he finished in the same amount of time it would have taken me to get the system out of the box and prepped for install. I agreed on a price with Joe verbally during the job and he honored that price when I was billed. I would recommend you call this friendly, hard working, seasoned veteran before wasting time with anyone else in the area.

I 100% recommend Joe Brown's Plumbing and will absolutely go to Joe for all my plumbing needs. There's nothing better than finding a skilled trades person that you can trust, and Joe Brown is that for me. He was responsive, timely, his work was high-quality, his prices were perfectly fair, and he's just a good guy. Joe's done work for me a few times and it's always been simple but flawless. He doesn't waste his time or his customer's time, and is able to keep prices low by not driving around to do bids or free consultations. He doesn't pitch projects or products but rather gives perfect advice when needed to diagnose and solve problems at hand. He doesn't take on risky or destructive projects without sufficient info ahead of time, preferring instead to have the customer understand the job to keep things straightforward. I very much appreciate his efficiency and candor because of how much time, money, and anxiety it saves me.

Joe came to the rescue within 90 min to fix a water leak on Halloween morning! He was quick, reasonably priced, explained everything in detail so I understood the work he was doing, and just a delight to talk to. So grateful my neighbor recommended him!

Once he is paid, he will not return a text or call. Terrible communication did not compete job properly.

Abe and Andy are the absolute amazing gentleman I'm so blessed to have w young men help 3 families with the horrible 0 situation we were in we had three families that couldn't go to sleep and these two young men came here and they did everything correct and were able to live in our homes again if it wasn't for these two young guys there would be three families with no home they're amazing they deserve so much I give them so much love and three families put their heart out to him God bless them ... This is bad Service I purchased the water heater for my business and then a 15 months late I called because take for awhile to have the hot water, but they didn’t tell me will be billing ,he did something but doesn’t work well .then I called back after the guy name Patrick manager fix it then he was charge me double.that is not right and he very rude to me that’s not even the right price if I call some other professional company cost me $350 .that mean this company cost double up to $580 .i never Recommend to anybody else I’m done with this company for sure

The guys came, did the work, cleaned up the mess all in a timely manner. All went very well. I plan to request their help for any further plumbing issues. 5 STARS !
