I kind of forgot about my experience with Deer Creek when I had a couple of minor leaks I wanted fixed, but since they sent me a text and email a month and a half later asking for feedback, I'm happy to oblige.

I found Deer Creek based on recommendations from Reddit, and since their reviews were stellar, I gave them a call to hopefully come and fix a couple of leaks I had in a house I just bought in Olathe. Ryan came out within a couple of days, assessed the situation, and said he'd have a quote for me the next day.

A couple of days passed, and I called to get an update on my quote. The person on the other end of the line said he would have it the next day, but it never came. I ended up writing them off and going with another, much more reliable company.

At the end of the day, how can I trust a company I am more than willing to patronize to take care of my home when they say they are going to if I can't even get a quote?

Joe saved the day replacing our garbage disposal!

Joe did fantastic work for us on two jobs: replacing an old, constricted galvanized hot water line to a sink, and replacing the galvanized main line to our house, when it ruptured in the dead of winter. On the latter, Joe handled bringing in someone to trench the yard to the line and do the backfill, and got the job done quickly despite the ground being frozen solid!

I had Joe Brown Plumbing out to install a new basement sink, water and drain lines. He arrived on time, worked quickly and did the work for the quoted price. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Had a leaky shower faucet and in another bathroom, the hot and cold were reversed on the shower. He was quick to fix them both for a reasonable cost. We even talked about some ideas on the master bath - and he suggested more practical ideas to save me money, rather than trying to force an expensive solution. I will use Joe Brown for all future plumbing needs.

Joe showed up right on time (maybe even 5 minutes early). After I gave a run-down of the problems I needed fixed he got right to work. He's hard-working and efficient, yet friendly. He will explain what he's doing if your interested and answer questions you may have. It was clear that he doesn't offer or install parts or fixtures that aren't of good quality, which is reassuring. He knows his trade very well. After he was done, he recapped everything that was done, which I thought was nice. Nobody likes to see the bill from a plumber/electrician/repairman, but it was nice this time to feel like I got quality service for the money I was paying. I would recommend Joe to anyone.
