Nothing but a great experience with this company! We came home from holiday traveling to a bursted pipe and flooded basement. At 3:30 pm after a holiday weekend we got ETA’s from other companies for days to weeks before they could come look. Chris came out two hours after we called, and had it repaired within 2 hours. Will use again and will not recommend anyone but Larsen & Sons.

Excellent drain repair. Don’t need to look around for quality work anymore.

LSP helped us on Mother’s Day with a flood in our house! From the beginning of the process to to insurance, hands down couldn’t find a better service! Have used them on numerous occasions as well and responded immediately and came and took care of the issues with it and hour! Highly recommend for immediate and future needs!

Called Larsen & Son’s late on a Friday afternoon. It was going on 5pm. I had a water heater with a slow leak in my basement. Chris answered my call and said he could send someone out Saturday morning but since my heater was under warranty he said it would be best if I could wait until Monday. That way they could process the warranty and replace the unit all in one visit. Since it was a slow leak I opted for the Monday appointment. Patrick contacted me at 9am Monday morning informing me that a service truck was on it’s way. Ely showed up shortly and had the new water heater installed in a little more than an hour. I really appreciated the responsive communication and timeliness of their service.

We got a stupid high quote from another company (Polestar) and I called a realtor friend who said these guys were the best. Their quote was literally HALF the quote and they were out the next day fixing stuff. Not only that, but they came out so many different times for little adjustments and didn’t make me feel bad for being a super high maintenance customer. They replumbed our washing machine hookups, added two utility sinks, added two water spigots outside, fixed our bathtub drain, replaced our water heater, installed a whole house water filter, and installed a pressure release value to stop the weird dripping sound in the wall by the toilet. So reasonable, super friendly, immediate communication, works fast, does a fantastic job. They’re my go-to plumbers now.
