Chuck and his team were excellent!! He came out quickly, helped us fix our toilet and educated us on how to fix it in the future. Highly recommend!

They got us scheduled quickly and took extra effort to get to the issue which ended up being between 122-126 ft. Two other plumbers had come and gave up at 75 and 100ft. I wish we had called this company first. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. Honest company.

We had a clogged sewer line that carries the sewage from the house to the septic tank & it was backed up quite a ways.
There's a junction joint that comes apart right before it passes through the basement wall & it had quite a bit of raw sewage that spilled out so it was quite a mess. The technician, Rafael that performed the work did a great job despite the nasty conditions!
We live out in rural Miami County & he showed up about 90 minutes after I called. He earned every penny of the service charge & was very helpful getting the problem taken care of.
I definitely recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing & won't hesitate to use them again.

I had a kitchen sink faucet that was at a constant stream and needed to be replaced. Our Technician, Chuck, was very informative and explained several things to me. I have other plumbing needs and he was able to give me estimates on future
needs. I was comfortable with his work, I think he did a great job and I will work with him again.

I had three companies looking at a toilet leak in an old house and Rafael R. from mr. Rooter was the first one to have ideas other than put two wax rings and hope. He fixed the leak and helped level the flange. Super knowledgeable. Great customer service. Highly recommended

We had our tank-less water heater flushed, cleaned, and inspected by Mr. Plumber. Because we had used another Neighborly company a couple of years ago to resize and install two exterior doors with much success, I called Mr. Rooter of Olathe, a plumbing service with the Neighborly company group. Fantastic service from my initial call to get an approximate price, to scheduling the service call, to the reminders about my service appoint, to the actual on-time service call, to Master Plumber Chuck S. who did the water heater service!
Chuck is awesome. He verified the final price before starting which was in line with the phone estimate. He did the work professionally and efficiently! He even fixed a leak in a hose connection to the heater without an additional charge to the quoted estimate phone price I received. His credentials are incredible and he is so personable. He was very complimentary of the other plumbers within his company, too. I feel like we are in good hands with Mr. Rooter of Olathe. They are our plumbers of choice moving forward!

Our plumber, Jake, was thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. He resolved our sewer issue quickly, and the reassurance of knowing the cost beforehand is much appreciated. We will certainly call on you next time we have a problem. We'll also recommend you (and Jake) to family and friends .

Mr. Rooter is the best! We’ve had several plumbing issues back to back and they were very quick to respond. They were thorough in researching the source of the issue and diagnosing the problem. The plumbers are friendly and efficient in fixing the plumbing issues. I highly recommend them!

Got new countertops. Needed a plumber to unhook and re-hook up our three faucets. Mr. Rooter sent us a plumber in a snowstorm. Did a great job.

Chuck Sauro and Rafael Ramirez with Mr Rooter are my plumbers and they deliver excellent and timely service. My kitchen sink was stopped up and I needed to get my 20 year old sump pumps checked out before the rainy season arrived. Chuck came out immediately, got the sink going and within days my sump pumps were replaced and new back-up batteries installed. Great work! Reasonable Prices. No hidden costs or expenses. Finally, plumbers you can trust. Thank you Chuck and Rafael. You are my go-tos for my tough plumbing jobs. You deliver.

5 stars!!! I had a spreadsheet with 8 estimates and Jake from Mr Rooter was wonderful and worked with me on getting a new water heater.
Their pricing was very competitive and Jake and the new owner was able to price match my 2nd lowest estimate. Because Jake was so professional and trustworthy, I went with them instead of trying to save a few hundred dollars.
Mr Rooters guys are not commissioned sales reps who try to upsell, they’re salaried and Jake truly recommended what was needed. Unlike a few others who picked the entire plumbing apart with unnecessary problems.
I am VERY pleased and will use them again anytime!

I happen to come across this place while searching for a better alternative than Home Depot. I took my questions about some plumbing problems here with hopes of figuring out a solution. They were pretty helpful and talked me through several options and what i should do and showed me the parts i needed to complete the job. These guys know their stuff. I would highly recommend this place for DIY people. I will be coming back if i ever have plumbing issues again.

I really love the honesty of this company. Preston let me know that our newly purchased home already had cleaned ducts so we didn’t have to pay for something that wasn’t needed. On top of that he answered all of my questions in regards of our furnace while servicing it before the winter season. His coworker Pete was also very helpful. JF Denney will always have us as customers.

JF Denney did a great job installing a new A/C and furnace for us! Milt and Jesse were super knowledgable and polite! They got the whole install done in a day when we were told it could take up to a day and a half! Hats off to this crew! I recommend JF Denney for all your heating and cooling needs!

They installed our water softener and Dechlorinator a few years ago, and I’ve only had to have it serviced once. I had them come out again, just to check the water softness. they now have a great maintenance plan that covers filters, service, and parts, which I did need. On time and professional always. I will continue to use them for sure!

JF Denney team Bill and Sean did an excellent job today at my place.

Bill replaced our two water heaters. We have geothermal with domestic hot water assist and I wanted specific plumbing to take advantage of this. Bill listened, advised and explained and did great work meeting our specific requirements even though it was more complex and more work than other water heater installs. Bill also took the time to thoroughly test the system and its options to make sure they were all working before finishing the job.

Sean installed the water softener system and also did a first rate job. Knowing we were new to water softeners, he took the time to explain how the water softener works, how to get the most out of it and how to keep the water softener up and running. Sean also took the time and thought to suggest to run the drain line along a longer path to keep it out of the way of foot traffic in the basement even though it took more effort on his part .

All in all a good experience.
