Erron from Mr. Rooter was incredible!! We had a sewage backup suddenly on a Sunday morning and they sent someone over almost immediately. They service was incredible, and Erron was the most kind, patient, and helpful person to have working in our house!!! Cannot recommend enough.

His professionalism, politeness and quick assessment of what was needed was outstanding! The office kept in constant communication while waiting for Chuck to arrive. We had a pipe burst when we turned our irrigation system on for the season. After contacting Mr Rooter, they called and got someone scheduled to come out and repair the pipe the same day. We got regular updates when they were going to arrive. When he got here, the repair was done quickly, with great communication about what he found and how he repaired it. We definitely would recommend and will use them again for our plumbing needs.

Frantic call to Amy at Mr. Rooter. She tried to get someone out the afternoon I called, that didn’t work out, but she kept me updated on all that was going on. Assured me that the plumber would be at my place first thing in the morning. She updated me with the arrival of Jake and he went about fixing everything as it should be. Wow! I kept putting off calling a plumber but I am so glad I called Mr. Rooter. I made an appointment with Amy who was very friendly and helpful. Right before the appointment, I received a text message with a picture Id of the person coming out to the house. Chuck was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and fast. He assessed our issues, gave us options for the repairs and was able to fix the issues on the spot. We will definitely keep Chuck as our plumber going forward.

We had a drainage problem and could only use our sanitary facilities halfway. With Mr. Rooter we were able to arrange a suitable appointment quickly and easily and also got Chuck, with whom we found the big problem step by step and were able to save a lot of money thanks to his great service.

Mr. Rooter was a great help to us trying to fix a problem with a back yard faucet. Chuck was a great help in explaining the issue and giving us a few different options to fix it. We elected to have the old faucet removed and to install a new one. The installation went very smooth even with the overexcitement of a few pets. We will def save the name so that we can continue to use your services in the future!

Master plumber Chuck came to scope out bring gas to our kitchen for a gas range-oven. He also took care of 2 problem toilets. He was professional, nice, and work quickly. And saved us money with their annual service plan. Next he'll install the gas line. I will definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to others.

Mr Rooter as a company was wonderful to deal with. Anytime someone is calling a drain cleaning service it is an urgent situation. Mr. Rooter was so helpful in fitting us in, very communicative and the technician on site did an excellent job as well.
