Dakoda arrived timely, assessed the issues, gave an estimate, obtained and installed all parts. His work was excellent. He was very professional and courteous.

I called this company because I noticed a water leak in my basement. They spent over an hour inspecting and told me I had severe water damage from a backed-up sewer line. They said it needed to be cleaned and then claimed the clog had “moved along on its own,” but that my basement was full of sewer water and required a full remodel.

They charged me around $190, pressured me to file an insurance claim, and said they wanted to come back just a few hours later to start tearing up my basement. Something didn’t feel right, so I called another company for a second opinion.

The second company confirmed it was not sewer water at all it was a broken spigot line. On top of that, this company had replaced my sewer cap and installed the wrong size.

Completely misdiagnosed the issue, caused unnecessary stress, and tried to push major work that wasn’t needed. This was a terrible experience, and I do not trust their assessments. There’s even more to this situation, but this covers the main issues.

Dakota did a great job unclogging the clean out line to the house. He was very friendly and informative, making sure we understood what he was doing at all times. Would highly recommend Roto-rooter.

Your representative was very educated and informative. He kept things simple and to the point. Didn't pressure on the financial end or add-ons at all. Very pleasant. Really worked very diligently to clear a badly clogged drain and did a great job explaining the followup measures, etc. Much much less costly than quoted by another well known plumbing company who shall remain nameless.

Is an excellent Technician, the gentleman came in professionally, and maintained that attitude throughout the process. Khari, reminded me of how there’s a person doing the job we need done. His ability to see the job through, and dedicate his skills to the job was impressive. Roto Rooter has gotten themselves a GREAT guy to have with the company. If you’re done playing with these other companies, call Roto Rooter, and asked for this guy. We pay a monthly service for this other company. They come out and use a small blade for a line that is 8-10 sizes larger than the blade. Then they give up quick, and quote you crazy prices to fix what just needs a real root cutter the size of the line to clean.

We scheduled a same-day service. Dakota quickly installed a kitchen faucet I had purchased. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He also worked to give me a discount which I was appreciative of. I will definitely use him and Roto-Rooter in the future

Dakota was straightforward, professional & did a great job of explaining all my options going forward with an install. Maybe not the cheapest around price wise but, speedy, in time & competitive.

Would def recommend for a free bid at the very least.

No one ever likes having to call someone to do work on their house, but unfortunately we had to. We were able to get in the same day we called which we nice because we had about 3 inches of water in our basement. Having some talk us through the next steps to take after we get our drains unclogged was helpful and definitely make things less stressful

Roto Rooter for the save again. Doesn’t everyone love being an adult and a homeowner when water is seeping out of things. First always gets your quotes, I called Roto Rooter because we had a great experience with them last time. The plumber that came( his name was Nate) and let me tell you he was thorough, reassuring, and took his time even thought it was later in the evening and I’m sure he’d been at work all day. I’m happy to keep giving our business to Roto-Rooter and I’m confident in them for this repair project our main drain line.

I had out of town guests arriving and Roto-Rooter responded right away. The service not only addressed my issue, but as a new homeowner in the area, clearly explained AND demonstrated how to care for my sump pump battery backup going forward. Job well done!

We had a sudden overflowing drain! Roto-Rooter sent a technician within 2 hrs. Favio was professional, pleasant, explained the process and everything he did. He answered all our questions. He got to work quickly with the auger. He was careful and kept the work area clean. He was able to open the drain pipes and water flowed out freely. If we ever need their services again, I would request Favio.

We made a snap decision to have Roto-Rooter come out on a late night call because we were afraid of our sump pump motor burning out. They had someone there within 2 hours and we were able to go to bed with peace of mind. Dakoda was knowledgeable, patient and honest. We were very pleased with the service we received and would call them again in a heartbeat.

Call center was unprofessional in getting getting someone out here original appointment was yesterday between 145 and 345 and it got canceled at 730 last night and moved to this morning.
And pricing has greatly increased from last year and that does not represent the serviceman that performed the work he did great but the overall cost is outrageous for a kitchen sink drain cleaning.

Dakoda was excellent from start to finish. He arrived about an hour after I first called, which was impressive given that it was around 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday. He gave me an honest quote, answered all of my questions clearly, and never tried to upsell or pressure me. He was able to install a new water heater within 24 hours of the old one failing, and the work was done efficiently and professionally. The entire experience was positive because of Dakoda’s promptness, knowledge, and straightforward approach. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Great, quick response by Roto. We had a blockage in our sewer drain and someone to come auger it. Talked to a couple of people and they sent someone out in 45min. Dakota was great and very professional. He wasn't here but an hour to take care of our issue. He wanted to make sure there were no other issues and requested they run a scope of the line at no additional charge (there were a couple of rough spots in the line where the auger had to manage). Will update this review after that is done but 5 stars for Dakota and Roto taking care of our issue quickly and professionally!
