Pete did a great job Very friendly I Just think I was overpriced for the small job that he done. It took him about 15 minutes to do the job for the price I paid.

From the initial Conversation on the phone with Maria, who was very friendly and professional, to the quick response of Alex -our problem was fixed in a timely manner. Alex was not only very professional, but he took the time to explain and go over everything with me step-by-step. He answered all of my questions with a friendly response. I would recommend this company and employees to anyone.

A week ago I discovered my hot water heater had sprung a leak. It had outlived its normal 8 to 12 year life expectancy and I knew I had to get something done right away. A friend recommended Tried & True Plumbing. I called them the next morning to schedule them to come out. They called me back later that morning and said they had finished another job sooner and they would be coming out earlier than planned that afternoon. That earned points already and they hadn’t even been out yet! The gentleman who came out was Alex and was very courteous and gave me an exact estimate before beginning the job. He returned in about an hour with everything he needed to complete the job. After Alex was finished I came downstairs to inspect the new water heater. I have never seen such a professional plumbing installation. It was even better than I have seen in a lot of new homes. I was truly impressed. After Alex was finished, he completely cleaned up the area he was working, and as he was leaving with the old hot water heater, he even wiped up a few spots of water left behind. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give him 10 stars if it was possible.

Had errors codes on tankless water heater. Bruce explained most likely a misfiring and how to reset the code. Explained something more serious could be going on and to call back if it continues. Base service fee was reasonable and pointed out a potential issue on a fixture but only to keep an eye on it as the repair was a bit expensive. So did not try to sell me something I did not need only to know of a potential issue in the future.

I called because some other contractors told me that there was an issue with my gas pipes. I immediately called Tried & True Plumbing and they were able to get an appointment in under 24 hours.

My service technician (Pete) was timely, knowledgeable and friendly. He informed me that the other contractors weren't up to date on pipe regulations and even checked for any gas leaks, which there were none.

Honestly I wish all of my service calls could be this easy.

We had a great experience with Alex. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair with care and professionalism. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. The repair was done right the first time, and the area was left clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Alex again or recommend him to others.

The folks are good at what they do at a fair price. I called with a shower issue, they gave me a quote, found out that the issue was simpler than what they had quoted me for and dropped the price accordingly. The honesty really impressed me and Keith Hurd is an enjoyable person to talk with. I don't remember his partners name, but he was willing to explain everything they were doing, which was really appreciated. I will definitely use this plumbing service in the future.

Called for a kitchen faucet install. They were nice enough to send a guy out to look at it and give me a free estimate. It was a direct replacement so I figured it would be pretty reasonable. I was quoted over $600.00. So I sent him on his way and I said I might do it myself, he replied yes it is pretty easy to do.

We were able to get quick appointment to change our tub shower valve. Keith was awesome and very friendly. Bruce was also very friendly. Our dog enjoyed getting attention from them. This is 2nd job for us with Tried and True and would highly recommend.

Although he wasn’t able to fully unclog the drain during this visit, he gave us clear, practical recommendations for next steps to try before calling him back. I called at 8:30AM asking for the installation of a control panel on a water heater that was under warranty. The lady took the needed information and scheduled the work between 2 and 4 PM that day! Wow - another company said they could not do it for 3-4 WEEKS.
The repair was done by 3 and a HOT water shower by 4:30. Wonderful fast work. No cost to me as it was 100% warranty. Thank you~~
