Great company to work with! JT was polite, professional and you could tell he was being honest and fair. He offered us different options for repairs and was not pushy. His work was fast and clean and the price we thought was fair for all the work he did.

I recently had Andy’s Pipe Dream out to do a major rebuild on my guest bathroom toilet, and I couldn’t be happier with the service—especially thanks to Cassie! She was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and went above and beyond just completing the job. Since I’m new to cold weather environments, she took the time to give me helpful tips and tricks for caring for my home, which I truly appreciated. She also showed me exactly where my water main is located in the house, which is such valuable information for any homeowner.

Update with image of invoice and even proof of the DISGUSTING LIES you guys told me. I love how you lied saying I was never a customer and you have nothing on record on your first response and then decided to take that down after I showed proof. Thankful for United Plumbing who came in and in 10 minutes was able to figure out the issue and repair my shower.

BEWARE! I had Andy’s Pipe Dream Plumbing take a look at my shower since the water pressure was terrible. What should have been a straightforward service call turned into two hours of wandering through my house—checking every faucet, every shower, and even messing with my water softener—only for them to shrug and tell me there was “nothing they could do.”

Their explanation? They claimed the issue was sediment from the builder’s pipes and said the only possible fix would involve tearing into walls behind the shower nozzles or opening up multiple walls to inspect pipes. In other words: a massive, expensive, and highly disruptive project with zero guarantee of success. I spent months stressing over whether I should move forward with that nightmare scenario.

Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion. Another plumbing company came out, and within 10 minutes they identified the real problem: a faulty cartridge in the shower nozzles. They ordered the parts that same day, returned the next day, and fixed the issue—simple, fast, and professional.

What’s even more concerning is that Anthony’s team also told me my water softener wasn’t working and had moved the valves. The second plumber was completely baffled as to why anyone would have touched them in the first place.

Between the unnecessary diagnostics, the push toward costly wall demolition, and the questionable handling of my water softener, the whole experience felt misleading and predatory. It honestly seemed like they were trying to inflate the scope of work and squeeze out as much money as possible.

Bottom line: I would not trust Andy’s Pipe Dream Company. If you value honest diagnostics and straightforward repairs, do yourself a favor and call someone else.

I will only book with Andy’s!. Great work. Clear communication, and they don’t upsell! They could have done an expensive job for $7k but worked to do it for the $500 appropriate fix first. Others would have just sold us on the $7k.
And JT is a great plumber. Ask for him if you can.

During a cold snap when the outdoor temps went below zero, my furnace went out and while waiting for a new one to be installed, I discovered water dripping from the ceiling in the basement of the cold house. Thinking a pipe had burst, I called Andy's Pipe Dream. They sent Rick out later that morning. He is rather low key and very calm, which is helpful in confronting potential plumbing problems. After about 30 minutes of very thorough diagnosis, he determined that the pressure reducing valve had failed and the water pressure had reached damaging levels. The cutoff valves in the master bathroom sinks had begun leaking due to the excessive water pressure. In addition, there was no thermal expansion tank. Rick replaced the cutoff valves, replaced the pressure reducing valve, and installed a thermal expansion tank. No more leaking and an annoying (and damaging) water hammer was eradicated. Rick was careful and efficient in his work, taking time to answer my questions about materials and processes. He cleaned up and made sure everything was functioning properly. From a timing standpoint, it was about six hours from the time I placed a call to Andy's Pipe Dream to completion of the job — that's terrific speed! From a cost standpoint, Andy's Pipe Dream is at the upper end of the range for plumbing work. For the timing, expertise and quality of work, I found it to be a reasonable value under the circumstances.

Andy's Pipe Dream plumbing was referred by another business. They were called due to a spigot line leaking inside the house. On calling them late in the afternoon they were very forthcoming about needing to charge because the plumber would not show up until after 5:00 pm.
When Ryan Hill showed up about 5:30, he was very personable. He worked quickly and efficiently. Ryan was an experienced plumber. He had options available after assessing the situation and allowed for modifications per my request. He was done within an hour. It was great.

I can not find enough words in the dictionary to say how amazing my experience with this company was. I was able to get an appointment next day because I was flexible with my availability. They were amazing from the first call with Leah to the completion of service by J.T. It is wonderful that you are sent a picture of the technician who will be arriving and is a comfort to know who you should expect. The technician had the parts needed on hand and was able to complete the job quickly. Andy's Pipe Dream will be my plumber going forward and my recommendation if I am ever asked. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Andy’s Pipe Dream is my go-to for plumbing and gas service. They do excellent work and their prices are highly competitive. Most of the time, Andy’s Pipe Dream is able to dispatch a technician within a day or two.

Two things that I particularly appreciate about Andy’s are their ethics, and the fact that they explain things to me, the customer, in a way that I can understand. I know little to nothing about plumbing, but the technicians always take time to try to help me understand what is going on and what, if anything, needs to be done.

Regarding ethics, I believe that Andy’s is a highly ethical company. No one at Andy’s has ever fabricated a problem that didn’t exist to try to get more business. They give me options, but do not try to “sell” me on work that I really do not need. They offer me more than one option when they can, and if I ask for a recommendation they are willing to give one and it’s not always the most expensive option.

Andy’s employees are very professional, polite, and friendly. They treat me with respect every time that I call for service. As far as technicians go, I have really only dealt with Colton directly because he’s the best: he really knows his stuff, and treats me like a valued customer and person.

So I can highly recommend Andy’s Pipe Dream! Request Colton.

Working on a bathroom renovation and needed shower pipes moved from the exterior wall to an interior wall, it should have been a simple job for my technician, Ryan, but low and behold I had to make it harder when my main valve wouldn’t tighten enough to get the sinks to stop leaking, so, I gave it a crank- and I’m no expert, but I feel like these valves should remain attached to their pipes! So one project became two and after we laughed about it for a minute my technician, Ryan Hill, quickly got to work and had both projects completed in just a few hours. The team from Andy’s Pipe Dream was quick with their communication and deployment, I would say from calling them until the project was completed was literally only 26 hours. I would highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone.

I’ve used Andy’s twice now and I’m very happy with the service. They came highly recommended from my neighbors. Their techs have been friendly, informative, and efficient. This time I had Ryan and Andrew here to work on my water heater. They also fixed some loose pipes that were banging around while they were here, free of charge which I really appreciated. This was my second interaction with Andy’s Pipe Dream, only because of the first was there a second they were very nice extremely professional and very reasonably priced and it wasn’t just the first technician. It was the second technician as well Ryan I would highly recommend Andy’s Pipe Dream, plumbing service for anybody who needs any plumbing work done. They are very punctual very professional and extremely legitimate. I highly recommend them to you. There’s a reason why they have five star rating.

This is about as good a customer experience as you could have. I made a call about an issue w iour main water supply pipe coming in to our house. The whole experience started with Leah on the phone, she was quick to call back and actually set an appointment for two hours later on the same day.
Victor and Emily were on time, very professional, very gracious, very easy to talk to, good sense of humor, easy to be around while they were working in the house. I appreciate that very much because it’s not always the case. Victor explained every detail what they were doing and why, made a couple of appropriate suggestions of a couple other things that needed to be updated.

I’m big on client experience, and this client experience was exceptional! It’s obvious that the entire company cares about that.
I feel pretty confident and comfortable and saying that if it’s a plumbing issue of any kind at all, Andy’s Pipe Dream is the only place to go!

Scheduling was a breeze and they even got us in same-day. Fabian was our tech and he was great. Was on time, communicated well and was very knowledgeable. He also took the time to answer questions and clearly explain our options. They clearly explained their fees too, and we felt they were reasonable rates. Would definitely recommend this company.

Jackson is amazing!! What a wonderful and knowledgeable person. He has been out for multiple days work on a problem we didn't know we had. He is professional and kind. If he has to be late he calls or text. My whole family of dogs, Foster dogs and cats love him. He is great working around them. Thank you Jackson for everything!

Home safe said they don't cover corrosion. And refused to complete repair. They approved the repair of a rust hole at one end of a pipe that had easy access and then refused to replace same pipe because they don't cover corrosion. I told them I would not need their service any longer. They said they will review decision and let let me know Tuesday. Wednesday I will be able to tell you that they agreed to complete repair or take advantage of your financing of repair and pay you the 65$ for work done. I don't believe I should pay 65 for work not completed. If they agree to complete job I will pay 65 on completion off job. If they won't complete job I will cancel their service. And pay 65 and pay to get pipe replaced.

I was able to get a plumber out here within an hour, and he finished the work today and it was very reasonably priced..

Mike and Alex did an outstanding job fixing our shut off valve. Always love using local company verse the big companies.
