Very poor quality of work. Would not recommend

Worst personality, worst job, and worst customer service. If I ca give a zero star I would.

Called Brad and he was able to come out the next day! Very reasonably priced and didn't make it into a bigger job than it was!

I called this guy on a Saturday with a water heater issue and he wasn’t in town, but helped walked me through the issue. Nicest, most helpful professional I’ve encountered!

The only guy to respond promptly in an emergency gas leak situation. His work truck wouldn't crank in this frigid cold weather and he jumped to action and drove his personal vehicle rather than making us wait. Thank you so much Brad! You're ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in my book!

Brad is a man of his word and really concerned about helping the customer. Movers bumped my old hot water heater and broke the seal on the gas line union. Brad made time to get that fixed, and so I had him replace the hot water heater (upgrade) all together. He was fast and courteous.

Brad was incredibly helpful when our bathtub drain froze during this last cold snap. He took our call on a Sunday night, followed up with me, and came out when the problem hadn’t resolved after a few days. We were very appreciative of his help and we will be sure to use him again in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

Best dang plumber around. Excellent work and very well priced. Second hot water heater he’s done (2 different houses) and top notch work on both. I would highly recommend.

Call this company to do a gas line repair. Needed it done that day in order to have gas turned back on.
They say they are the lowest in town on price. But after having it done and being charged $3000, find out could have been done cheaper by several other companies. They definitely take advantage of elderly.

I have had other plumbers n the past. Going forward it will only be Andy’s Pipe Dream. Not only was the price more than reasonable, but gives senior discount. Ryan Hill has done work for me twice, clean cut, very nice. Gets the work done in a manner of time. Leaves no mess. Thank you for showing me what needed to be done and the estimate before the work is done. I definitely would recommend this company and Ryan.

After finding wet carpet in our basement storage area, we were SO happy that Andy’s Dream was able to come out just a few hours after calling them. Our insurance could not get anyone to our house in a timely manner. Russ and assistant Emily were easy to work with. The problem with our sump pump was assessed quickly while educating what happened and how it should work properly. The sump pump was replaced and Russ and Emily were calming professions. Thank you for sending THEM!!

J.T. Grissom is a rock star! Although a young-looking hand, he knew his craft well, and handled our job like the “pro” we all hope for when we get that knock on the door. Gave me some different ideas, without being pushy at all. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Ryan was awesome. He has helped me before for a different reason (returning customer!) and this time was no less great as far as his help and service. They got to me quickly, thanks to them working with another customer who was willing to switch appointments. These guys try to make it happen. I’m thankful and I refer them. Unexpected issues with plumbing or any house issue sucks for everyone, but having a company you can skip the “BS” with and depend on. I also get detailed emails with photos and prices on things that occurred and things I can consider without being pressed. I appreciate the ability to make decisions comfortably in my own time.

Had a bathroom faucet that did not provide hot water. Cartridge not installed correctly but its note. Water heater needed replacing. And water leak in garage. Everything is working properly
