KC Pumpman installed the backup sump in our new home over 13 years ago, and we have used their services ever since. They are the epitome of high quality customer care! Terri does a super job of handling calls and oftentimes can provide helpful tips without the need for a service call. If not, she has Bill call and he can usually walk me through the steps that need to be taken to correct an issue. When a service call has been needed, Bill is prompt, does quality work and makes sure that the job is done right and the homeowner is happy. They are the best!

Installed a sump pump in a new build and failed in the first year but caught it before damage. Failed again a second time which included waking up to 4” of standing water in a 1,000 sq.ft. finished basement. Suggested solution was wanting to install a complete back-up system rather than a back-up battery and alarm. Lived in many houses that didn’t need a new pipe and system installed as back-up. Now they first want to charge $150 to assess. No thanks! Would rather have a company that knows what they are doing as our basement dries out. Run!!!

We just bought our house and the sump pump was having issues. When I took the old pump out, several of this company's stickers were on the plumbing. This was some of the worst work I've ever seen with no way to change out the pump or valve without cutting apart the entire setup. The pump itself was installed right on top of more than an inch of rocks, nails and other construction debris in the sump. The plumbing wasn't even properly secured to the basement wall and large chunks of concrete are chipped away where attempts to use nails failed. The absolute worst part was the pipe just above the pump was obviously damaged with a reciprocal saw and used anyway, causing the pump to work twice as hard and cause premature failure.

Went in for some plumbing supplies and Chris helped me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Greatest employee ever! He definitely needs a raise!
