We are so happy with the whole house filtration system, water softener and reverse osmosis that we had installed from Hague Quality Water KC. They did a fabulous job and we are loving the softness and quality of the water! Kevin came out to test our water and explained everything to us in detail. He was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. His follow up was great and he answered all of our questions. David, the plumber, was also terrific. He had to do a lot of back fitting due to how the old broken system was installed. We can’t recommend Hague highly enough!

Gregg came out to service my RO and water softener today and was wonderful!! He explained things to me that nobody had before and I can tell her really takes pride in his work- he made some tweaks to ensure both systems were operating optimally. I’ve had my systems for 4 years. I will be sure to ask for Gregg next time!

From start to finish, our experience with Hague Quality Water International was excellent. Our first water consultant, Lee, tested our water and was incredibly informative—personable, with a great sense of humor. After his presentation, it was clear we couldn’t pass up the health benefits of filtering our rural water.

Our installation specialist (I wish I remembered his name!) was just as professional and knowledgeable. He explained how he’d work with our existing plumbing and what he needed to do with our old copper pipes to install the filtration/softening system seamlessly. After finishing, he walked us through everything he had done and showed us how to operate the system.

Finally, Nate came to ensure everything was running at peak performance. He was kind, professional, and explained the system in a way that was easy to understand. He also encouraged us to purchase the equipment rather than lease it—great advice that will save us money in the long run. Nate went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, even though the product truly sells itself.

We’re so grateful to each of these team members for their expertise and outstanding service. We highly recommend Hague Quality Water International to anyone considering a water filtration system.

Hague Quality Water of KC did a great job on our filter recommendations and install. Their techs were very knowledgeable and walked us through the system after completing the install to ensure we know how to maintain it. We called them back to relocate some of the equipment after we determined the pieces were restricting some cabinet access we hadn’t anticipated and they relocated the equipment at no cost to us. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Denise was a great sales man got us set up and taken care of for the installation. Casey came out and did a great job installing and even managed to get through a chaotic start to the day. Then we had the pleasure of finishing up with Financials and last min things with Nate. Nate was so kind and explained things to where we could understand. Shared laughs and was very genuine. Nate showed us the ropes with the soaps and explained everything to where even a kid could understand. I am completely satisfied with the care and service we have received. Amanda

I was originally not sold on a water treatment system. Kevin did a good job selling and explaining how the system works. The plumber also did a great job installing and explaining how it works. Kevin also came back after the system was installed to verify it was working properly. We are also happy with the cleaning products that came with the system. So far the system works well.

Wonderful experience with all aspects from sales and installation through follow up! Very happy with the filtration system and supporting products. Would recommend Hague water system without hesitation. Didn't realize what I was tolerating with regards to water quality. Brad was the technician that came to service our overflowing water softener. He was very polite well groomed and well mannered. He is a very professional technician. He knew exactly where to go to start troubleshooting, was organized and got to the heart of the matter very quickly. when he had finished and had a clear picture of the problem, he explained everything that was done. I’m glad that Brad is representing our area for Hague because he is a good representative of the company. Thanks Brad! They were easy to schedule with, showed up when they said they would, and took the time to explain the issue before fixing it. The work was clean and the price was very solid compared to a few other quotes. I'd use them again if I had the need.
