Technician Brad B was great during my appointment this morning. Took care of the issue I was having and did an excellent job explaining everything.

Nate came out to do our retest and to make sure the system was working correctly. He did an amazing job explaining and showing me the machines. Helped explain things to me and my wife also helped get the systems settings set to help my kids skin conditions.

Had my household system serviced by Hague, and couldn’t be happier. Tim my technician was awesome! Had it back up and running in no time. As well as answered all my questions about the system.

Blake came over from Hague quality water I was skeptical and pretty close minded at first, but He had me and my fiancé sold He had a great sense of humor, very professional And efficient. Thanks to Blake we will have great quality of water cleaner products and it all started with me entering a drawing at old settlers and getting a call that my name was drawn. Ashley is who called me she was super sweet and even allowed me to change what I wanted for my prize a few times. She explained everything so i understood and set everything up for Blake to come out. I highly recommend This company. I’ve been bugging my finance’ for him to change our water filter for some time now and now we don’t need to worry about it anymore because all of our water is clean and filtered through out our home. 5 star all around!!!

Jay did a great job of demonstrating the water system and explaining the benefits of the product. He didn't push too hard to sell because the product sells itself. We will be telling our neighbors about Hague.

Beware, they set you up with a loan with Aqua Finance - it's a predatory loan company that charges daily interest. These guys push like crazy without mentioning the ridiculously high interest rates and the daily interest that builds up. I even tried to do a balance transfer to get rid of the loan on a regular credit card, the finance company they work with refused it and then acted like they never got it. If they offer you a "free water test", say no.

Kavin did a great job following up with us after our tank was installed. Very helpful and easy to get in contact with.

Jay’s a good salesman and very helpful with the system information. We are very happy with how are water systems are working for us. The water is so much better and I love drinking the water from my faucet again.

Was told we won a prize and just needed to have a free water test to claim the prize. Well 3 hours later and the dude finally leaves. We have a 5 month old! we value our time so much and he just wasted it by reminding us about the water cycle, saying bleach and rocks were in our water. Also kept saying the word free when it will cost $109 a month to lease the system. If you value your time please don't let them into your house!

Blake Palmer sold us a new whole home system for a new build! I called for an appointment to get my water tested at 1:30pm, Blake came out the same day and tested our water and gave his presentation on the Hague system. He did a great job giving me the information I was looking for and not being pushy or trying to force a sale. He was very knowledgeable about all things water related and I appreciated the tests comparing our water versus the water from the Hague filters.

We got a very competitive price for the system and… 25 years parts and labor warranty as long as you purchase the filters from Hague and change them annually ($169/year if you do it yourself) - that’s a warranty that says we have a quality product and we’ll stand by it! I’ve got a friend who has had a system for 10+ years and has been very pleased with the customer service and performance of his system. Hague systems seem to be high quality and they have staff to match the quality of product, that’s hard to find today! Thanks for your help Blake, we look forward to using you for our water experts for years to come!

We have had a Hague water system for 15+ years. Hague is an easy company to work with. The service department is excellent. We installed a new faucet in our kitchen and Hague came out to unhook and re-hook up our system. Both Gage to unhook, and Tim to re-hook, were friendly and very professional and called to let us know their arrival time. Their warranty is excellent. We have never had to pay for a repair for a defective component or upgrade in the 15 years we have had the system. When they come out to do maintenance once a year, if there is a upgraded component, they replace it for us. In my opinion they receive an A+++++ for service and reliability of the system. As a retired QA professional, Hague and their personnel are a company you can trust. Yes it cost me to get the system unhooked and re-hooked but at 75 years old. Crawling around under a sink would have cost me triple their charge for the ensuing medical charges I would require. Thanks Hague.

I have to tell you Tim and Colby were the absolute best technicians to date and I’ve had this system for 14 years! Timely, efficient and cleaned everything up once job completed!
Would truly love to have them service my equipment next year!

Our mom had a Hague demonstration by Barry who let the whole family see and experience the difference in the water from our tap and the Hague filter. We were all convinced that it was a great system. Sure enough within a week we were all thrilled with great tasting water, softer hair, and even cleaner toilets! Thank you!

The experience started out okay.... We purchased the product and had it installed and about an hour after it was installed it caused a water leak that did damage to not only the house but also to possessions including some heirloom type possessions of the kids and other family members that cannot be replaced.... We did get things fixed with the company did end up taking care of though it wasn't the most smoothest.... Probably even area of irritation is that there was very for communication with upper management on what they were going to do to resolve the situation and this was after the fact that we have been told multiple different things when purchasing the product that did not come to fruition. We even have sent a couple of emails and texts with the additional items of damage and has been several months now with no reply..... Wow! The product does work well with regards to filtrating our water. The measure of service overall is by far nowhere near standard of the product that is sold

Tim was great! Fast, friendly and professional. I requested that he personally does my annual service for next year and beyond. (Whole home carbon change and RO filter change).

I now have confidence that the water in my home is safe for my children, it’s made a huge difference in our hair and skin needs, and it tastes amazing! But the best part of the company has been in knowing that Eric K is our guy. He has helped us with a wealth of knowledge, made sure we had everything we need for our system and is truly like family. We cannot thank Hague Quality Water enough! Everyone has been amazing! From information to install!

Kevin is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The installer was excellent and not only did a great job, but was very helpful in explaining everything over. He then cleaned up and made sure to my wife and I were happy. I had several systems in other houses and this one is by far the best. Quite, efficient, and high quality.

We have had a water system for many years (10+). Never had any issues but it was leaking a little after having the filter replaced. Mariah got us an appointment for the next day and Brad fixed it in under an hour. Easy peasy.

I rarely write reviews— My experience has to be extremely positive or negative to make writing a review like this worthwhile.

It seems that my family experienced a lot of the same patterns that are mentioned in other negative reviews: misleading information, inconsiderate imposition for the sake of a sales pitch, etc.

To summarize, we were at a community event and were told by a salesman the company was giving away & installing free water filters in hopes that we liked the product so much that we’d want it installed on all water lines in our house. I signed up. The installation was scheduled and the “installer” arrived on time at 6:00 PM. My wife and I have 2 small children and expected to eat our dinner while he made the installation in a matter of minutes, but he immediately and persistently begged for our attention as he performed science projects in a theatrical manner and made a sales pitch. The pitch ended up lasting until 8:15 PM. He was in our house for 2 hours and 15 minutes. We were trying to put our children to bed at 7:30 PM. We gave him an explicit 10 minute warning at 7:20, but he wouldn’t leave our home. Even as my wife and I tried to leave the conversation and continue with our evening. We told him we needed to go and that he needed to wrap it up again. He stayed for another 45 minutes as I ushered him out of the house slowly but surely. Looking back we should’ve been firmer and simply said as plainly as possible: “We need you to leave now. Gather your things and go”. He never installed anything. He just left a little water filter tube on our table as he was leaving.

It’s frustrating to feel as though a salesman and company are misleading you, manipulating you just attempting to stay in your home until you agree to buy their product despite your requests for them to stop.

Unfortunately, I’m not sure this review will spare many people from the same experience because they won’t realize they need to investigate the company’s reviews until after they’re taken advantage of. But if you just had a similar experience, take some comfort in knowing another family was burned by Hague’s sales strategy. For the company, I know you like to respond to all these reviews— I’m really just interested in the logic behind the sales strategy. Our family and all our friends’ families will never buy products from Hague because of our experience, but is it still the most profitable strategy to have salesmen who are focused on consuming as much customer time as possible because it leads to people caving and making purchases under pressure? If you’re making more money from customers who cave than you are losing from customers who you’ve lost forever, I guess it makes financial sense. I just wonder if it would be better for the company as a whole to adjust your sales method so that your PR people don’t have to spend so much time doing damage control on Google Reviews!
