A true professional who responded to an emergency after hours. Bill is amazing and quickly replaced an old pump that quit suddenly. My house is near an underground spring, so without Bill, my basement would have flooded. He saved my basement!

Called the emergency phone number a couple days before Christmas. Wasn't sure I'd get a response, let alone a quick one, since I'd never employed their services before. This company is top notch! Had a recent flooding with several inches of water throughout my basement and KC Pumpman was recommended to us by some friends. Thanks to their fast and professional service, they were able to pump out the water and fix and upgrade our sump pump. If you have basement flooding issues or need a sump pump repair or replacement, I would give these guys a call!

We have used KC Pumpman 3 times now. First time, installed new sump pump, then last year Bill came out when we called about the main sump pump not running, but we have a backup pump. Then, he identified the problem as mineralization was causing the float to stick. There was nothing wrong with the pump - he cleaned it up, cleaned the float, and only charged for the service call. Someone less honest might have just sold us a new pump.
Fast forward to yesterday. Same thing - main pump quit working, but back up pump was barely keeping up. I got Bill on the phone, and he reminded me about the float problem last time. He talked me through it on the phone, I reached down and sure enough - it was the stuck float again. No charge.
This got me up and running, and Bill could get on to the next emergency.

I was very pleased not only with the price and the finished product, but also with the sincere concern they showed for getting the job done correctly, promptly, and economically. i will be a lifetime customer.

I spoke with Bill about some detailed concerns regarding my sump pump. He shared his time and expertise, gave me some tips and did not charge me a cent! In the end, I did not need his services at this time, but I won't even get a second bid when I do. I will simply have Bill take care of it. I called KC Pumpman and talked with Bill on a Monday morning about a sump pump with a battery back up that had quit working. We discussed my situation, he made recommendations, I ordered a new combo pump online and made an appointment for KC Pumpman to come out to install it.
