These guys are an absolute rip off. I was charged $7,270 to run a water line less than 100' through my yard (only part of my bill and should've been around $2k). They install pipes haphazardly in the house with no care in the world where they drill holes. I will NEVER call this company again, one of my biggest mistakes of my life. Everything about them is a terrible. If ripping customers off is truly this easy, I'm changing jobs. Get ready to take a second mortgage if you hire them.
Update… my saga with this company continues. In addition to the issues I ran into above, the pipe work they did inside my house for wastewater wasn’t even glued. I had leaks from that. However, their boss must tell them to use a tube of silicone for each sink, because when I went to fix what they were hired for, there was an overwhelming amount of silicone inside the pipes near the sink). Just slapped together and hoping to buy time before their “warranty” is up the cheap way instead of doing things right from the start. They also made a mess of my brand new countertops because that same caulk was all over them and is next to impossible to remove. Little Gary Jr doesn’t care about the quality of work his guys do, just getting the money. Stand behind your work Gary.

Poor workmanship resulting in bathroom sink leaking on a 2 year old house. They didn’t take care of it and claimed warranty period ended. I caution builders from using them in future.

We called them because they were the ones that put the water heater in our new house. Should have got the hint these guys are terrible when the water heater failed in less than 3 years. It was under warranty, but still had to pay a service fee and labor. That's not even the best part. The guy didn't even install it correctly and left a gas leak. I woke up this morning to the whole downstairs and basement smelling strong like gas. Not even an apology. Don't risk them blowing up your home. Call someone... anyone else.

We were lucky enough to have Garrison Plumbing install all the plumbing in our new James Engle Custom home. We couldn't be happier with their work. We’ve used them here and there in years past. Additionally, I recently had an emergency issue with a water line (no fault of theirs) and they had a crew to my house in about 30 minutes. Here’s a few reasons I prefer them…

1. Prompt and Courteous: When I call the office, I get to talk to someone almost immediately. For the past few times, it’s been Caleb to answer. He can answer most questions I have even though I’m not always talking in “plumber” language. They make me feel like a VIP customer. I’ve had the opportunity to meet the owners Gary and Shannon a few times. They’ve always made me feel welcome.

2. Efficient and Neat: As I previously said, they’re quick to respond. Their work is: “no mess, no fuss”—just efficient service. You don’t get that anymore.

Garrison plumbing did a great job installing the water heater in our new construction home. Unfortunately, that's where their professionalism stops, in my opinion. In just over two years of owning this water heater, it has failed. I was quoted several hundred dollars just to come out to repair it, only the part would be covered under warranty. I went to the website of the water heater and they recommended several other plumbers. One of which is coming out tomorrow morning to replace the failed part at half the cost of Garrisons, just to show up fee. I am really surprised when I called that they didn't stand behind their work when the part they sold and installed failed. I recommend calling around.

Very rude. Incorrect price quote. Drove on the wrong side of the road at a gas station and watched them flip a kid off and follow him. Extremely unprofessional and when they think no one is watching extremely childish.

Great service, Mike was an awesome plumber who helped us so fast and did a wonderful job at a cheap price! Love this company do not listen to the other poor reviews that are simply talking about workers driving poorly, no relation to their service.

Don’t know how their actual business is, but their employees in work vans on the road is any indication, I definitely wouldn’t consider this company. Poor road etiquette, changing lanes without signaling, changing lanes without looking first and then getting the finger because he didn’t look. Zero accountability.

I didn't select this Plumber on my own, but they were hired via my general contractor. First, they needed to drill into my basement floor to install drains for a new bathroom, yet didn't bother to close the door or put up plastic to prevent the jack hammer dust from engulfing my entire finished basement. So, we had to clean concrete dust off the entire basement ourselves. Second, knowing they were supposed to put in a sink drain that was oil rubbed bronze, they went ahead and put in a stainless steel version to just get the job done fast that day. After relaying my displeasure, they said they could put in the "custom" strainer for $200 (part is $50 or less online) plus a labor charge to come back out and remove the other one/install the new one. Needless to say, these guys are off my list for ever using again.

Dont know how good of plumbers they are but after being tailgated by one of their trucks I dont plan on ever trying them. The driver was reckless, driving way to fast on a narrow, curvy road, got on my bumper and decides pass until a very inopportune time and I had a line of traffic in front of me. They couldn't even go anywhere when they passed. If your going to put your business name on the side of your truck you might make sure the person driving knows how to drive responsibly. Drivers like this guy gives your business a bad name.

If you're building a home, make sure they're not using Kinney's Plumbing! Their pride in workmanship is non existent. First, they put this piece of asphalt from road over poor in the bottom of our grinder pump and balanced the three legged pump on it! Shockingly, it lasted 4 years before a piece broke off and destroyed the $250 pump. I replaced it and using common freaking sense, put a flat patio stone in the bottom. Also, instead of drilling a G damn hole a couple of inches up the pipe from the pump to prevent air lock, the plumber just sliced it with a cutter or something. There was barely a hole. Well, it clogged easily, air locked and stopped working. LAZY! Second, the kitchen sink was hard to turn off and leaked from the beginning. They refused to do anything. When I replaced the $40 cartridge, I could tell the existing one was really old! There's no way that was a 4 year old cartridge. We have softener. I've already replaced two outside water spigots that wouldn't turn off and leaked all the time. This place is the horrible.
