Keith and Alex were great to work with. They kept me informed throughout the process, arrived on time, and worked hard to get the job completed. Removing a 100+ year-old boiler came with several unexpected challenges, but they handled everything expertly and got us back to a warm home. Highly recommend.

We were so happy with the service that we received from Alex Stephan from Tried and True Plumbing. We originally just asked for an estimate on how much it would cost to insulate our PEX pipes which are in a crawl space. He crawled underneath into the crawl space to see everything. Afterwards Alex asked if we would like to have it done the same day. So rarely are we able to have a service performed on the same day of an estimate. I was so happy that we could get it done the same day. He left to get the supplies he needed and it was done before we knew it. Thank you so much Alex for doing an excellent job for us!!

Tried and True plumbing came out to check a leak we were having and it was a result of a poor install for our irrigation system. Our system was installed 25 years ago so it needed updating. We were having high pressure issues too and some knocking in the lines. We tried a different company before and they installed 2 failed pressure meters and never said anything about how antiquated our system was! The install relieved pressure to make it more balanced. Pete educated us on so many things. We felt very well cared for and he knew exactly what needed to be done. The price was more than reasonable and now the pipes are up to code. The photos attached show the before(finger in photo) and after. I highly recommend them!!

This company is awesome. We have been using them for 10 years now and now in our second home. they are responsive, reliable, honest, and price is fair. Merrill was at our house a few weeks ago did an amazing job. He is very skilled. He cleaned up after himself and even offered to move a couch back we had moved for better access to the plumbing. cannot recommend them enough. Also, unlike most companies these days they did NOT ask me to place a review online. This is on my own will because I have been so impressed with their service.

My landlord called Buhrle after the 22 year old water heater went out in my rental home. Although I'm unaware of the cost, I felt it necessary to leave a review. These guys did an amazingly good job.... Actually, they went far beyond a good job. They did more than was necessary to ensure the setup is perfect. Ran 10 feet-ish of new copper line, installed several new shutoff valves, re organized the gas line, new venting ductwork, and even a thermal expansion tank (I've never even seen one before). They even left the place cleaner than they found it. I don't believe anyone would regret calling Buhrle. 🍻

I had some troubles getting my new fridge installed- I needed a part fixed before I could get the new fridge installed. Russell from Plumbing by Fisher got here 15 minutes after I called, fixed the part, and then went out of his way to call in a favor and help me get the new fridge inside and installed so I wouldn’t have to wait for the original company to put me back on their schedule for installation. I am truly in awe at how amazing they are.

Carlos was professional and quickly fixed the problem. I understood the following person was coming to snake a camera to verify the clog was gone. The follow up person and experience is why there is a low rating. My first red flag was when I heard Carlos on the phone say, “yes, it is a lovely home.” The person on the other end should not care about my home. Why would he ask about my home? He would ask ; because , this job was incredibly expensive and it probably would not be worth the trip if he thought I couldn’t afford it.

His language was high pressure and attempting to incite panic.” For example, he said“ so what you are doing is rolling the dice.” Then in an attempt to make it scarier, “ If you choose not to sign the contract; please get a special writer on your home owner’s insurance, because this issue could result in flooding this beautiful basement.” I knew immediately what he was doing. 🙄

Even if I thought this very expensive project was needed; RR would not be the company I would hire.” , solely because of the latter experience. The positive side of tolerating this high pitched insult sale was I had a visual that Carlos did a fantastic job of locating the clog and removing the clog. Be aware, follow up visits really aren’t to check the plumbers work; they are a lead in to a second sell.

I had to have rotor rooter come out 2 different times in a month and every single technician or clerical person I have dealt with Has gone above and beyond to help me with my claims with insurance. Samantha was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond! The process went smoother because of them! Thank you!

After a very rocky start with a sales rep, the office administrator took over helping us navigate what started as a minor repair to our indoor sewer line but turned into a major very costly repair where the whole pipe in the basement floor needed replaced. This was NO fault of the field techs were wonderful to work with! Shout out to everyone that worked with us - Samantha, Adam, Cain, Andres, John & Joe (I hope I didn’t miss anyone)!! Our sincerest Thanks and deepest gratitude!
