Khari, was very informative, polite and courteous went above and beyond to make sure we was taken care of, the late time window and same day service was definitely a shock, and a blessing, before leaving he assuredus the problemwas resolved and that we had a 6 month warrantyon our servicewhich is definitelya plus.

He made sure that everything was done right and took his time to make sure everything was working. His last coworker did not do as much as he did and he stayed way longer and put his time in.

Our technician was helpful in explaining to us what exactly was wrong and what we were paying for

After calling four other place first, Roto Rooter was the only company that could come to us same-day when we had a plumbing emergency. Dakoda got to our house swiftly and worked with my husband to get the issue resolved. He was very knowledgeable and got us up and running again after only having the water off for a couple of hours.

Khari was amazing! He was very respectful, personable, clean and made sure to get the problem resolved. He was here into the late night and made sure the problem was fixed. Couldn’t recommend him and roto rooter enough!

Our kitchen sink was draining very slowly, Khari came out quickly and cleared the pipe. He is really personable and knows his stuff.

My tub was plugged. The tech spent a lot of time attempting to clear but ended needing to open the wall. Replaced some pipe that had curved causing the proplem.

Dakoda got our drain unclogged in a matter of minutes, and went the extra mile to tighten our toilet seat! Great service, very professional. Huge stress relief to have the problem solved!

Dakota was great. He arrived and was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything as he went along. He found the 2 clogged pipes and opened them both up quickly. Would use their service again

I had a bad kitchen drain clog. I tried snake my drain myself. I used Liquid Plumber and nothing worked until Dakoda showed up.Dakota came in the timeframe that was given. He worked on the clog and then sprayed and wiped things clean.
