Woke to water in my basement at 6:30am and by 9am Service Pro had Vic and his crew here starting the water evacuation. Every single employee that serviced my basement was a gem! Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Albert, Harvey, Vic and Marcos.

Daniel, Albert, Erik and the team at ServPro were incredible. A pipe burst in our basement on Sunday. They were out early Monday AM, worked all day cleaning up the water damage and were done same day. Clear communication and professionalism. Highly recommend.

After Monday's flash flood we came to find out that our basement was absolutely flooded and our carpet was destroyed, had water damage on the doors, and walls. After an initial consultation visit from Nathan, we were able to get same day service and we had the pleasure of dealing with Sean and Kevin. Both were absolutely fantastic, did not leave until about 11pm when there was nothing else they could do to avoid secondary damage. They were extremely professional and quite efficient. Despite it being a very stressful ordeal, it quickly became a very positive experience thanks to the SERVPRO team. Looking forward to finishing this project out with them.

If you were also affected by this or future floods, I definitely recommend going with this team. They have been great to deal with and have taken the lead in dealing with our insurance company, which is another stress they have saved me from. 👍

The guys at Servpro did an outstanding job! We had a pipe rupture for freezing temperatures. Within a half hour of calling Jacob was here, and assessing the damage. The crew was here within the hour and started working cleaning up the water and damaged carpet. I would highly recommend Servpro, great job and highly professional!!

This company is amazing! Thorough, professional, and kind to work with. They were out to my home and finished the same day once contacted by my insurance company in regards to a clog in sewer line with backup into basement. I’ve never dealt with this problem before so to have a company that was extremely helpful and informative from start to finish was a huge relief. Quick, prompt service! We had a massive water leak, the Servpro team arrived quickly and got to work right away. All of their team was so polite and kind. They went above and beyond. This summer, water destroyed our entire home. We were recommended to ServPro Olathe/Lenexa by our insurance. Dealing with a disaster - like a flood, fire, etc. - is already stressful enough, and we are grateful for ServPro’s professionalism and communication throughout the entirety of our project.

We used ServPro for mitigation and reconstruction. Our mitigation team was led by Jacob, who was absolutely incredible. He met us in the midst of chaos with such kindness and walked us through every step of our project. Jacob’s team passed us off to reconstruction, where we later met Matt & Nathan. Similarly, both were kind, quick to respond, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire rebuild of our home. The reconstruction crew did incredible work, and truthfully, it looks “like it never happened”.
