Last week we had a sewage line backup at my job and we were in way over our heads. It was backing up through multiple drains throughout our entire bottom level. We called All Dry and they had a service van, equipment, and everything we needed to our facility in less than an hour. They extracted all the sewage water and immediately put in equipment to dry it out. Jonah and his team are awesome. We will never call anyone else.

I was thoroughly impressed with the experience thanks to Jonah who was very responsive throughout the process, his team is professional, punctual, courteous, and exceeded my expectations on the quality of work. My children love the rubber ducks they were gifted as well. I would highly recommend

I recently purchased a property with mold. Sellers were paying the bill for the mold. Jonah came and gave an estimate and treated the property but didn’t finish. There was still evidence of mold but his counterpart said that more mold had grew in 72 hours even though isn’t a source for new mold to grow. Also said they would send pics as proof and they haven’t responded since. Would not recommend.

Response: Untrue. I called you back after I got several estimates because each person asked the same question as to why you guys just stopped. You guys came back out again! And said you would send me proof and never responded to me I have text screenshots to prove it! But made sure you sent estimates for work I no longer cared about. I wanted to know why you guys didn’t finish the job!

Jeremy helped ease my worries and was so kind throughout the process. Even came out a second time with another coworker David who was just as great. Thanks guys, hopefully I won’t have to reach out again but if I do have another house leak I’ll be calling! ❤️

All Dry assisted in a mold issue that we found out about in a home inspection when selling our house. They came out and saved the day to fix the small section in question. Was able to sell the house because of their actions! Thank you All Dry!

If you want it done right the first time go with a professional company like all dry services of south Kansas City. We had a water damage claim from a bad storm that leaked through our windows and had a “preferred vendor” from our insurance company come out to remediate it. 8 months later my wife and 1 yr old son where having health issues we couldn’t kick and got an air quality test to find out the restoration company that did our initial dryout cut corners. Now we have a huge mold issue. All dry services went about and beyond what they actually quoted us and finally have a mold free home. Amazing work and very professional would recommend this company to anyone

Called this company randomly, was very pleased with the service. Eli came and did a great job with the water damage. Very professional, but very personable. Explained everything he was doing and why. All areas professionally dried, no stains or odors. Spoke with Jonah, also very nice. Problems fixed quickly! Would use again!

I had a water leak on a Saturday morning. I called and Eli came to my house within about an hour. He set up his equipment and got things started for drying out the damage. They came back and checked on things a few days later and then came and picked up the equipment when it was all finished. Jonah and Eli couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive and now I don’t have to worry about mold growing in my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jonah and Eli were incredible during a very stressful time. We called them 2x; once for mold remediation and then a few months later had our AC unit create major water damage.

I was having water leak from my ceiling due to plumbing issues and Elijah responded quickly, did a very thorough inspection, took the time to explain his recommendations, and went above and beyond to make sure the leak source was determined. I'm confident his quick response saved me a ton in water damage. I definitely recommend and will call again if I have problems

The crew at All Dry were a pleasure to work with. For a company helping cleaning up hazardous mold from my basement, they were very courteous of keeping things clean in the work area and else where. Each step was talked through so I understood what was happening during the process. It was a multi day work project. Everyday there was communication on their end to let me know when they'd be coming by and what they'll be doing. I would highly recommend them for any future needs.

Professional, quick, understanding and pleasant! Basement flooded and had to have the drywall removed and treated for mold. All dry was prompt in returning calls, sending people out to quote and was zero pressure. Day of demo they were on time, and kept us informed on everything they were doing as well as they took pictures for our records. They are our number one recommendation moving forward!

We had them come and get mold out of our closet and they were great. Everyone was kind, professional, and explained the process really well during the quote and the removal (but not in a patronizing way like businesses sometimes do). Also, they accommodated me and my angry cat so yes I recommend giving them a call.
