I couldn't have asked for a better experience with my kitchen remodel - quick responses, brilliant ideas, and amazing quality of work. Hoping they do bathroom remodels for my summer project.

He's upfront and professional from the beginning. He understands what you're asking for and walks you through areas you didn't think of. Great quality and no playing games around pricing and deliverables.

Worked with for over 2 years. Proposals fair to both parties. Stays within budget. Vets subs - license & insurance. Great with wood work, plumbing and electrical. Refinished wood floors.

I emailed John about a product I was looking for that he carries. He was prompt in his response and even delivered to me locally in person! He spent time talking to me about the product and was a joy to talk to. I will use him for future work!

Inquired for a consultation and quote online - met a gentleman over the phone who deterred us from working with this company after 1) refusing to use the proper nomenclature of a “primary” bathroom 2) rudely assert our timeline was silly 3) point out rather curtly we didn’t seem prepared.

If you’re seeking customer service, a company aware of social tones, and a partner to guide you through a remodel - best to check elsewhere.

To the company - meeting customers with curiosity rather than condemnation makes them more likely to do business with you. :)

We remodeled two bathrooms and they turned out great! I love the large tile we went with as cleaning is so much easier! The customer service follow ups to make sure we're still happy with our bathrooms have been a nice touch as well.

I am very particular and I have to say that I was super pleased with John and his crew! I commissioned John to update my dated 35 yo bath replacing the tub/shower with a tiled walk in shower, new vanity top, light, exhaust fan, new shower & sink faucets. I was about to give up on finding a light when John located a fixture that was comparable to the shower's curved black grab bars. Perfect!!

John is the best and a true professional from start to finish and he will be my go-to guy for any future rehab!!

John was very responsive and clear with his communication. Flexible to our families needs. We chose to do remodeling with a toddler and young child at home; he was very aware of safety for them without me having to ask. Always followed up after each step was completed to make sure we were happy with the results before proceeding. Workers were polite. Will DEFINITELY be asking him out for future projects!

John is professional and offers excellent quality work. We were completely overwhelmed with the amount of moving pieces our job required, and John took it on and kept us sane. We always knew what was going on and felt comfortable with the process. We loved working with him and will stick with him for future projects!

Great store. Very clean. This will be the first Home Depot that I didn’t have to call the store while there for someone to come help. In the gardening department the inventory is incredible. So glad I found this location while here for the summer. Now just gotta figure out how to get all the planters home I inevitably will be collecting while here.

Got supplies for my Home great deals and helpful staff.

Not too bad but some of the employees need to learn the locations of the supplies.

Usually have great experiences at Home Depot, not today. Went to the window and door department, requested a quote on an Anderson sliding door. There was no other customer at the service desk nor was the employee working on another quote, but was informed my specs could be taken and emailed to me because there was another customer in front of me. While I agreed to this, the employee took a phone call from another customer, wrote her information, then got back to me.
By this time, if the employee had gone to the Anderson website when I first requested pricing, my quote would have been finished.
Once we finished up, my phone number was requested in case there were questions as the website was referenced. If we had gotten on the website, we could have answered all the questions while I was sitting there.
I have researched the door and know exactly what I want. What should have been a 5 minute interaction will undoubtedly take much longer, and I don't trust that what I receive will be accurate.
We'll see what I get.
