It would have been great to know that the workers are contractors and not employees of Mr. Electric. The worker said he was a contractor but the Mr Electric customer service agent said they were not. I was overcharged and I still have to have someone else come out to fix the issue as he only charged me an excessive diagnostic fee. I am not pleased with the service that I received.

Logan did an incredible job at our house this week. We started with a discussion of what I was looking for to start my basement remodel. We agreed on almost everything and his suggestions helped me rethink a thing or two. We went for an exposed industrial look and Logan nailed it. The boxes, conduit, and outlets look incredible! He even used metal switchplates! He also got the pleasure of answering all the random electrical questions I've been wondering about for years. He is an absolute great guy. Javier installed under cabinet lights, but in two dimmer switches, and switched all the outlets in our kitchen. He did an amazing job and was so friendly and helpful!

We had an amzaing experience with Mr. Electric when we had to rewire our entire home due to some of the aluminum wiring beginning to fail. Needless to say, this was a big project and we entered into it with some trepidation.

First off, our lead electrician, Logan was wonderful to work with, particularly when it came to clear communication. Logan was the one who came to our house to give us the quote which was very reasonable, given the size and scope of the project. He communicated clearly and accurately the days he and his team would be in to work on the house at the beginning of each week. He was diligent about making sure that we knew and could prepare when electricity would be off in part of the house overnight. He was considerate in that he never left part of the house disconnected over the weekend. When complications arose, or things did not go as expected (sometimes wall studs are in inconvenient places), he informed us and worked with us to accommodate what was possible.

His primary co-worker, Thad, was here pretty much every day and was polite and friendly. The two of them worked very well together- it was evident that they enjoyed the work they were doing and each other's company. This may seem small, but when you have people working in your home over the course of several weeks, having that kind of positive energy is welcome.

We are very happy with the work they have done. In jobs like these, there are always going to be holes that have to be put in the walls in some places, but Logan and Thad minimized the amount of cuts they needed to make and looked for work arounds where possible. Our drywall guy came around last week and was very impressed with how few cuts they had to make in the walls- he thought there would be a lot more cuts- and wanted to know who had done the work. All of our lights and outlets work and Logan also helped out by making our breaker box be organized into a coherent system.

On their last day, I told them how much I appreciated all of their work and how grateful I am for how they approached the work. Logan told me, "I just tried to think of what I would want here if this were my house, and I went ahead and did that." If you have a project like ours, you couldn't ask for someone with a better mindset.

Our technician was Trevor. He was very thorough in his explanation of the situation and possible resolutions - offering multiple choices with varying prices. He was respectful of our property and time. We appreciate the work he did and the timeliness in which our electrical situation was resolved.

Trevor did an exceptional job repairing a recessed can light. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

Jared did a great job replacing our recessed lighting on the patio. Very professional, walked me through what needed to be done. He installed quality material instead of builder grade material. I highly recommend Mr. Electric.

All of the installation personnel (4) were very knowledgeable about the project. Very friendly and good communicators. They worked together with each other in a cohesive unit. Equipment was top notch.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They were not transparent about their diagnostic fee and ended up charging me a hefty amount without even diagnosing the actual issue. I was informed of $35 for the Electrician to come out and not $270 on top of that. I felt completely cheated and misled. Left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The tech that came out to find and fix the issue was very very nice and helpful. I mean, he didn't stop until he found the problem and repaired it. Multiple checks were done and he and I had great conversation has he diligently worked. We even had a few laughs together.
We both determined that we had a lot of things in common. GREAT GUY!!
Don't let him go. In fact promotion should be in store.

Installation of lights underneath our cabinets has been a desire for years. Mr Electric made it happen as scheduled and estimated. We are so pleased with the work.

Gimmicks and games! Tried to get a quote to move 2 outlets about 36 inches straight down on the same wall. They offer no free estimates even if you include pictures of the space and job details. They charge $35 for a tech to come out. Only company I’ve dealt with that charges for estimates. Too many competitors in the space for them to deserve my business.

After having Mr. Sparky give an estimate, Mr. Electric sounded much better. But after calling around and getting estimates from other electricians, they were still having me pay double what the job should cost.

I needed an outlet changed from a 240v to a 120v in order to accommodate a new range. I submitted a request on Tuesday evening and received a response first thing Wednesday morning. The technician was able to stop by that day and complete the work quickly. Will be using Mr. Electric for any additional electrical work needed.
