Jared has been to my residence several times for work. I gave him a huge random list of issues at one visit. He kept track of every detail seemingly effortlessly. He is always willing to explain issues clearly and made sure I was happy with results. He is professional, courteous and has always been able to figure out what is going on in my oddly wired house. I will continue to use Mr. Electric.

I found their services thru Thumbtack for some minor household wiring updates that I needed. Their work far exceeded expectations and reasonably priced! Work was quick, clean, and professional! Shout-out to Trevor.

I was extremely pleased with the service & price Mr Electric of Paola provided. I needed an accessory wired into my primary breaker box a distance of 4 feet - with 1 cable. 3 other companies bid $1000 to $1700 to do this job which took about 2 hours!! Highway robbery!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! I am an electrical engineer and can authoritatively say the job was well done and very professionally done. Thank you Mr Electric for your quality and reasonable price which was less than half of what the others proposed.

I searched for an affordable, reliable electrician with positive customer reviews in the Overland Park area. Mr. Electric popped up first! And I 100% agree! Communication and their reminders have been fantastic. Trevor our electrician, even texted and was able to come early. Hallelujah! He was friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and fast! Several things on our to-do list and all was accomplished in a few hours and very much to our satisfaction!! We will be requesting Trevor to be our technician again! No service charge if you agree to have the work done. I was presented with a bid before service was started. Working with Trevor and Mr. Electric was effortless! Highly recommend!

Great service, responsive, and completed quickly at a fair prices. Joshua (our electrician) was great - explained the issue, completed the work, and cleaned up really well after the job. Megan in office helped with the paper work and coordination with our home warranty company (which took extra time and effort!) to get the needed work covered. We will definitely use this team again for electrical needs.

Fusion Electric is the go to team for your electrical issues. This team of electricians stood with us through all issues of concern even after EVERGY dropped the service ball not once but twice!!! Fusion stayed true to their original bid, were never late to the job and made sure all our needs were met. Rates were also very reasonable. We recommend Fusion Electric highly if you have any electrical needs or concerns.

Andrew and his teammate were professional and personable. They got my fixture installed and they explained the issue that made the job difficult to do myself. I have trusted Fusion for several projects at my house and will continue to do so as I make the place my own.

I had great experiences with Fusion Electric! Todd did a great job for a project at my mom's house. Will use them every time I have an electrical issue.

This review is not against the technician. It is against the lady in the office who I called to make an appointment to have a tech come out. Josiah and his partner came out on time and I started to explain the issues. He asked me if anyone told me about the pricing. Apparently it is $89 to just come out and $189 an hour to diagnose the problem. I was never told that when I made the appointment. This lady not only wasted my time but wasted the gentleman’s time coming out to turn around and leave when they could have been on another job site helping another customer. Fusion Electric needs to do a better job in explaining the upfront costs when making the appointment. The only reason why they got 2 stars is because the technicians were very kind and understanding and importantly upfront with the costs involved.

Justin and Sergio from Fusion Electric did excellent work on wiring and installing a level 2 EV charger. My job was challenging, given my home, but they came up with well-planned and cost-effective ways to solve it. Their installation work was very professional and looks great; they meticulously cleaned up when they finished; they were both very polite and friendly; and they completed the job exactly as estimated. I couldn’t recommend their work highly enough!

We updated most of our light fixtures and our house has a whole new look. Jason is an outstanding electrician who can handle any job. He worked at a steady pace and completed installing 10 new lights in a reasonable time - everything from track lighting to fancy chandeliers. Jeff kept us well informed about schedules and invoices from the office. This is a first class crew.

Fusion Electric did an excellent job removing and replacing two light fixtures for me! Dilan and Sergio were very nice and cleaned up after they finished. Dilan took the time to explain to us how change the bulbs in our new light fixture. I really appreciated that because the procedure to change a bulb on that fixture is unusual and tricky. Also, the person doing the scheduling was very friendly and helpful.

Two kind and professional gentlemen came and assessed my needs. They put an electrical outlet in for a new tv coming tomorrow even though I knew it wasn’t planned for the day.
They will be doing quite a bit of work for me in May.
I have used Fusion for many years , and have recommended them to others.

Fusion's team made this easy for me. I definitely recommend them. Scheduling, estimating, and and getting the work done-- all seamless. The staff were friendly and great to work with. Fusion had to coordinate their portion of the work with the electric company, and they kept me informed along the way.

Saddle up, because this one is a doozy.

My friend and I were in the middle of upgrading some switches in our bathrooms and bedrooms. We got to the guest bathroom and found there to be two different circuits in there from two different breakers, and we were reading 240 volts between the two. Figured I was probably in over my head and decided to call Fusion Electric.

They came out within a couple days and decided to give me a free quote due to the number of switches and likely long troubleshoot, and they would come back out with a longer period of time set aside. Glad they did, because turns out some of the electric in my house is kinda cursed.

After they fixed up the bathroom and the rest of the switches, we later that night found our bedroom closet light and the hallway night light not working. Definitely not their fault for that one. I wouldn't expect an electrician to go flip all the switches and check all the outlets in the house after changing a few switches out, especially when all the switches they actually worked on were working fine. I emailed them back, and they got back to me very fast and came out in a couple days. After some more investigation, they decided it would be best to come back with the circuit tracer. They ended up coming back and figuring out within a half hour without even using the circuit tracer, and it was due to a neutral shoved in the back of the night light box. A hard wired night light of all things...

Props to these guys for putting up with me for 4 visits. The pricing was more than fair (they ended up only charging me for one visit). They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Definitely going to call these pros back if we need any more work done (we will), and I'm already recommending them to my coworkers. Thanks again for the help!

I highly recommend fusion electric Todd came out and another young man who was training with him. They were very prompt cordial and did not try to overcharge me to put in a dual electrical outlet. Their price was very reasonable as opposed to another electrical company that came out and their cost that they quoted me was double which is price gouging. I would highly recommend them and I will certainly use them if I ever need their services again thank you!

Paul and Tyler did a great job installing a floodlight camera and outlets in my closets. When contracting out work I try to find a balance between reasonable prices and people I feel can be trusted in my home to do the work correctly. This was my first time using Fusion Electric and they definitely hit that mark. I won’t hesitate to contact them again when I need electrical work done.
