I have been using Heartland turf for a couple years now. They are always there when they say they will be. They are very easy to work with and receptive to any special needs that I have, unlike the service that I was using in the past. They came and cleaned up leaves and done an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

We’ve been using Heartland for our lawn for several years now, and have been very pleased with our service. They communicate in several ways, to match the needs of their customers. The mowers arrive as scheduled, and they do a great (and quick!) job. Just had fall leaf removal and they did an amazing job!

We hired Heartland for a weekly mow and trim. The office staff was very friendly over the phone and got a crew out to mow our lawn the day I called, which was great. However, the quality of the work done by the crew left much to be desired. They serviced our lawn three times before we had to cancel. Grass clippings were left all over our back fence, patio, and patio furniture and not blown off. Trimming was done hastily. Our neighbors even noticed the poor quality of work. I would recommend seeking other options for lawn care in the area.

The Heartland crew did a great job clearing the leaves from our yard. So far they have done a fantastic job on everything. The 2 ladies that run the office & answer the phone are very efficient & pleasant. That may sound trivial, but some companies don’t have employees like that! They are keepers!

Made an appointment for a quote with reception. They informed me Cesar would be calling in the next day. He didn’t, but the owner did the following day, he said Cesar would be calling. When I spoke to Cesar on the phone, I could tell he didn’t want to come Friday. He mentioned how it was supposed to rain. This is after his front office told me rainy days are the best for him to do quotes, as he doesn’t do services those days. It was one of the only days we had open before leaving the country. I told him I would have two umbrellas ready and we both chuckled.

Fast forward to Friday- 7:30 am text from Cesar an hour before the appointment. He said he can’t make it. When I inquire why, he now says a personal matter. I call the office and find out the owners are out of town for a week. My assumption is that he wanted a long weekend. Next time don’t make the appointment. I understand needing off time, I moved my entire work schedule around for this. Unprofessional and disrespectful

Heartland cleared an absolute mountain of leaves from our yard and did such a thorough and efficient job. They removed them from the property, cleared out our extensive hardscaping and garden, and left everything pristine! Scheduling was very easy too. We would definitely use them again!

The crew did a great job getting all of the leaves from the beds, bushes and lawn - our yard looks fantastic! The fee was reasonable and it was easy to schedule the work for the time we wanted. Highly recommended!
