Came here for the first time to get my first orchid, mind you with zero plant experience, left with the confidence and knowledge to help my orchid thrive!! Loved it from the variety of plants the have all the way up to customer service, everyone is openly offering help with anything and are very friendly. Enjoyed every single second of my visit and will be making this location my go to with anything!

I've shopped here for plants and Christmas trees for years. Always a good selection. Hardly, healthy plants. Staff friendly and helpful with suggestions. Incredible. I spent 3 hours here. It won’t be the last time either. Unbelievable inventory and selection. Everything (house plants) from $3500 matures to $3.99 minis. Literally everything. I went in December too- I can’t wait for spring!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Family Tree Nursery! From start to finish they were amazing. The staff on site wandered with us on our journey to find a tree. We knew we wanted something unique but did not know what it was until we were shown the Purple Catalpa. There was no sense of being rushed or pushed into anything we did not want. The great service did not end there. On the day that they showed up to plant the tree I expected a few manual laborers and was happily surprised to find they sent an actual arborist. The installation was quick and well done minding not to damage my yard and clean up all dirt that was dug up. This should have been the end of the stellar service, but it was not. I had asked a question about a struggling maple tree planted by the previous owners and they without hesitation asked to look at it and provided expert advice on how to save the maple from its current neglected form. 5 stars is not enough and I will never buy a tree anywhere else.

Family Tree has always been part of my life, even as a little child. Now I love to bring my children and my grandchildren and remind them of the beauty of the outdoors and to stop and smell the flowers. The staff is knowledgeable. The prices are fair. And there's nothing better than shopping local.

Family Tree is our #1 go to place for trees, shrubs, annuals, perennials and house plants. They have the best quality plants and by far the most knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommend you go check them out if you haven't already.

My first time visiting with my husband. Very nice place with lots of beautiful items. Very helpful staff and Handicap friendly and easy to get around the large isles. Prices are decent enough. Came home with 2 plants and a cachepot my husband bought me for Christmas.

Exceeded my expectations. They have everything you could need or want. The staff was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

Succulents Workshop was so much fun! We made these creations while we were there. Must go again so I have time to shop in their beautiful store!

My favorite place ever! I live right across the street and probably go here at least once a week. Incredibly friendly staff, a wide variety of healthy and well-taken-care-of plants, and just the cutest pots & planters in the world. Roses all have black spot. Manager was less than helpful and has no problem selling diseased plants to the public.Showed them they were diseased and he simply didn’t care. Said all roses are diseased and moved on. For 40 dollars a rose and it already have severe black spot is a crime.- multiple varieties whatch what you buy they don’t care if it’s a bad plant or not

This place is often so busy that we have to turn around and go home. But we got in easily lately. Staff is genuinely knowledgeable about what they sell. And friendly. We met at least three workers that made our visit perfect. One not only answered questions, but he gave me helpful tips for keeping my plants alive, and he offered a hind to my mother who has balance issues. The plants here always look healthy. Prices aren't ridiculous. That's why we keep going back...even when it's crowded.

This is such a cool nursery.There is so much to do there.Multiple coffee shops inside.We went on one of their event days.And wouldn't recommend that, as there were so many people you could hardly move.But we'll definitely go back when less people are there too.Check it out more

A very nice nursery to view and buy flowers and herbs for your garden. They everything to satisfy the needs of a beginner to an expert gardener. Staff is friendly and attentive.

We’ve ALWAYS gone to family tree nursery for years even though Ferrand Farms and Heartland nursery is just down the road from us. We’ve ALWAYS brought our 13 year old 13 pound miniature dachshund she has a hard time walking and gets separation anxiety all she ever does is ride on the cart. We were there 2 hours and after spending $225 on flowers a lady came up and goes to us and goes we actually changed our pet policy she can’t come back next time! If that’s the case this will be the last time I ever Spend money here! It’s called “FAMILY” TREE NURSERY ps 90% of your staff came up and pet her and said she just makes my day!

Disappointed that I drove 30 minutes to come to Family Tree instead of just going to Lowe’s or Home Depot’s garden center, only to find they no longer allow dogs in their garden center. And the only sign they have is about 4” in a pot on the ground. I didn’t even notice it until my dog bumped into it. Seems like a ridiculous policy to not allow pets in a garden center. I won’t be back.

I love going to FTN. The variety of flowers and arrangements to choose from is outstanding. I’ve especially enjoyed talking with AudreyAnn and she has been very helpful in assisting me with my bedding plants and planters. I always look for her.
