The electrician was on time, very polite and discussed our options, which allowed us to make the best decision for us. He got the job done in a timely manner and we were very satisfied with his work. We would recommend Mr. Electric.

First of all, the staff responsible for scheduling was FANTASTIC. I was a pretty high maintenance customer. I changed my mind several times during the process regarding exactly what work I was going to be doing. At one point I made a change that in my mind I thought ideally I need to talk to the technician (Matt in this case) about before he does the work. Well you I know what, not minutes after that thought crossed my mind, I got a phone call from Matt to discuss that very subject! Yes, the scheduling staff actually took the initiative to have him call me, without me asking them to do that. And scheduling was easy, and I got phone call reminders as well. And I liked being able to describe the nature of the work online initiallly because it’s easier than having someone translate that into writing.

Now, the work itself was 100% or more satisfactory. Matt was a great technician. He knows what he’s doing. I can say that because in all honesty, I had another electrician do a portion of work before turning to Mr. Electric. And it became obvious to me very quickly based on how effectively and efficiently Matt completed his work that the previous electrician was far less capable than Matt is. But I’ll stick to the Mr. Electric service here. Matt listened well and understood my needs during his consultation, so he was well prepared when he arrived. And he arrived early (I love that), and got right to work, and did exactly what I wanted and did it very well. This guy definitely knows what he’s doing. And he didn’t try to up sell me on other services I don’t need - he gently and diplomatically suggested the Advantage Plan (which I should’ve taken advantage of to get the discount, but did not because I didn’t think I would be doing any future work but now I actually DO plan on doing future work and I will ask Mr. Electric to do that work), and I felt comfortable, not pressured, to choose as I wish.

Also Matt had his supplies ready (he didn’t have to say “uh, wait a minute, is there a local hardware store because I forgot...” (I’ve had that happen to me more than once in the middle of a job)), and he cleaned up after himself, and he hauled away the old fixtures (he of course asked me if I wanted him to do that). And Matt was pleasant and friendly and easy to talk to. And more importantly he did the work the way I wanted it and did it pretty fast and efficiently.

I absolutely plan to recommend Mr. Electric, and I now do have additional electric work I’ll be asking Mr. Electric to do for me.

Quote was fairly priced and included everything for the job. The job was scheduled promptly and the electrician arrived on time. The electrician who performed the work was respectful of the space and completed all his work quickly and in a high quality manner. No surprise charges or delays, I am really thankful for being able to book the work quickly and have it done well.

I had to get my panel replaced and Logan came out with an apprentice and they absolutely did an amazing job Logan also took time to put in a new outlet for me! They did great work with my panel! They cleaned up everything and even teached me 9n what they were doing! Freaking awesome company the owner should be very proud of these 2 guys!

Corey was very professional fixed a ceiling light that I couldn't. I had a appointment between 1and 4.He called and arrived before the time schedule and that was great. Service was provided very promptly and to my satisfaction. Mark was very professional and flexible as well as competent. I have used Mr. Electric previously with good results. Mark saved me the purchase and installation of my attic fan by diagnosing why it quit running. He quickly rewired my garage door mechanism for my convenience. I joined their Advantage program and will have them do the free house survey when I sell my home next year, and the service will relocate with me to my new home. Over all good work economically provided.

Logan from Mr. Electric was on time. He was very courteous, professional and efficient. He gave me a quote upfront, which he met. He even changed the batteries in my smoke detector while he was here! This is a great company. It was neither my first nor my last interaction with Mr. Electric of Paola!

Ava does a fantastic job in scheduling the job. My appointment was scheduled for the next week but she was able to get me in the same day I called. Jacob is professional, considerate, knowledgeable and thorough . He had to troubleshoot the issue (which took a while) but once diagnosed he made pretty quick work of the fix. I highly recommend Mr Electric of Kansas City South!

Major overhaul of our panel and added whole home surge protector. Installers were knowledgeable and courteous and did the job perfectly well and right on schedule. The billing and scheduling with the office was very accommodating and easy too. 100% great!

The folks from Mr. Electric out of Paola, KS. where very responsive from my first inquiry with them. They had a tech out very soon to make a review and estimate for my needed work. Special call out to Logan who did a great job of telling me exactly what to expect and how long the process would be. He and his assistant where at our place right when he told me they would be and did a great job. We're quite happy with our new outside pole light.

Ms.Ava was very friendly on the phone. She squeezed me with my situation. She also let me know a tech would b coming my way after his current job. Mr Harold came within the next hour. He was super nice & very friendly 2 us. He checked everywhere he thought might have had an issue. He was also honest & straight forward with us. He let us know what he was doing & looking for in the rooms. He also gave me a suggested list what needs to be done down the road 2. Mr Electric is awesome & would recommend them to anyone for any electrical needs.

Aaron called me an hour before his scheduled arrival and arrived at exactly the time he said he would. I told him the job I wanted completed and he told me about the cost-savings program Mr. Electric was offering. Aaron was quick to give a quote on the job I wanted, which I found to be very fair. He also completed the job in the time frame he had quoted. Overall, I was very pleased with Aaron, his professionalism, and his quality of work. I will definitely reach out to Mr. Electric again for any future electrical needs.

Many thanks to Mark Farmer and Logan Hollaway of Mr. Electric in Paola for their assistance with our antique lights, that are original to our circa 1910 house, at both ends of our upstairs hallway. Mark did an excellent job repairing them so our lights could once again shine for us. It took Mark extra time to find parts, and Kevin and I are so appreciative of his work. We so enjoyed getting to know Logan with his trips to dismantle and reinstall our lights. He was so careful and cheerful about everything. Logan left no marks on the ceiling when he reinstalled the lights. You can't even tell they've been taken down and put back up

Mr Electric has come to our rescue more than once. The latest happened recently when fiber installers hit a wire to our security lights when boaring underground. They left us with a live wire on a residential property. Mr Electric, while booked up was able to come through and make repairs the same day. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Colt and Mark were awesome, they installed 2 panels and an ac connect in what felt like record time! i would definitely use them again. The price was great to! i paid less for the two panels and ac connect than i did from a previous company for ONE panel (that was wired weird) I am having them come out to do some other stuff as well i was so pleased.
