Very professional, courteous, and respectful from the customer service rep (can't remember her name, sorry!) to the technicians who installed our attic fan. Our technicians were Troy and Colt and they were stellar. It was obvious to us that they enjoy their jobs. They were knowledgeable and made sure all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. They went above and beyond, vacuuming the carpet and rehanging pictures on the wall upon completion of the job. We are planning to have additional work done in the future and hope to have them again. We will definitely recommend Mr Electric to anyone who has need of an electrician.

Excellent service! They are the only electrician that we call to do work at the facility that I manage. Not only are the electricians extremely professional and knowledgeable but Ava that works in their office is amazing! She bends over backwards to make sure that customers get the assistance that they need even on short notice!

They did the job fantastically, but was a bit expensive. They changed out an outlet with the button on it for water safety that had gone bad in my kitchen.

Have used this business on a couple of occasions. They show up when scheduled and complete work in a timely manner.

We found Mr. Electric from the Next-door app an we are so glad we did! We had some major work done on the house and everything from the initial call to the final inspection was done so professionally. The communication from Ava on the phone to the actual work from Javier and Troy was top notch. Javier is so well-versed in the profession and was in constant communication the whole time. He explained everything from start to finish so a layman could understand. He was always courteous and dependable. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if needed.

Service tech (Trevor Watson) was extremely courteous and professional in the work he did for us today. Upon arrival we discussed work to be done and added a few more items. Very agreeable and did not hesitate to complete all items we discussed.

I’ve been a customer for several years. They installed my standby generator and have been maintaining it ever since The services they offer are top notch. The techs in the field are friendly and knowledgeable. Staff in the office are courteous and helpful. Giving a 5 star review only because there isn’t a 10 star option.

Mr Electric installed power at my pond which is 275' from the house. Harold, a Mr Electric lead technician, created the solution, formulated the cost/ proposal and did the work with the help of Quentin, a young, high potential , apprentice.

They came out to start the work, discovered Miami County bedrock during trenching but persevered through and completed the project!

Main service breaker replacement. Analysis and installation was fantastic. Only coordination within the city was a little wonky but finally done. Will highly recommend.

Very easy to book an appointment, the quote was very reasonable. The electrician was able to quickly and accurately troubleshoot some odd wiring the previous owner had done, even though an electrician from a different company had not been able to. So grateful to have all our lights and fans working properly. He came on time, was friendly and professional, and got the job done quickly. Will definitely use again for any future needs!

Technicians were polite, scheduling was easy and service was prompt. The techs had to go the extra mile of crawling through a 100+ yr crawl space to help us out with laying new wiring and installing new outlets and they did a great job in the difficult work space. Would reuse if I ever needed anything else worked on.

Great experience! We had a couple of large light fixtures replaced and Logan had a great skillset, including troubleshooting w/one of the more challenging fixtures. I’m a satisfied customer and would use this local, hometown company again.

Thad came out to my home and assessed multiple electrical needs. Specifically I had a request for a new electric line/outlet that would support use of a space heater to keep a northern dead space heated, to prevent pipes from freezing. He determined the best solution for my home and made the appropriate application. In addition he was able to determine what was wrong with my outdoor electrical receptacle and correct the concern. He was polite, respectful and thoughtful as to what application would be of the most value for my particular needs.
