The tech was very informative and asked for my approval prior to doing each portion of the repair. The parts and coolant were in line with the industry and he was quite proficient in locating the issue and letting me know why we needed the replacement part. I felt comfortable with the tech and his work throughout the entire process and will use them again.

We have an unconventional home, a metal building. Shawn & Shana along with their technicians have given us the best experiences. From their expertise in various systems to offer suggestions and listen to us and our needs. We have three systems in our home. Primary heat is a wood burning stove that covers the main building 30x50 ft with bedroom, bathroom, small country kitchen living space, a loft sleeping room, laundry room, and a large gathering room full size kitchen. For that area we use the wood and prior to colder weather our heat pump that services two splits does well for heat. When temps combined with Kansas wind chill drop below 5 above we turn to wood. For cooling the two heads cool sufficiently the two areas of the house. Pleased.
2025 we added an addition to original building. The square footage 760ft of a Master suite complete with full service bathroom including handicap accessible shower, soaker tub, large 2 sink vanity, toilet adjoining walk-in walk thru closet and bedroom sleeping dressing area. Then a bonus room adjoining original metal building to new metal building. We chose with their direction a conventional system that is being installed soon. And we had Option 1 and an Option 2 in the bid. The communication is handled well and swiftly including the ease of texting between client and the office. Thank you Shawn, Shana, and our main man to maintain and problem shoot our mini’s Jerry. We appreciate you. Note: they drive a ways to us as we live 48 miles south rural of their business. 🤍

Once again, Environmental Systems quickly rescued me. This time my air conditioner and water pump simultaneously failed. They did the research to select the appropriate equipment and installed the units in record time despite being really busy in this heat. I have purchased my electric and gas furnaces, tankless hot water heater, AC and lake pump (for water to the house) from Environmental Systems. I depend on them and trust them completely. Plus they are really nice!

I’ve used Environment Systems for over 10 yrs for my home heating & air conditioning installation and annual servicing. All of their employees over the years have been great. A special shout to Jerry for his excellent service. I’ve always found the owners to be highly trustworthy and reliable. They have proven to me on multiple occasions to really care about our comfort and strive always for excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

These guys are fantastic. Been using them for years. The owner Shawn and his crew are very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a problem with our system that the previous owner of Environmental Systems had tried unsuccessfully for 2 years to fix. The first time Shawn came out after buying the business he went the extra mile to get it fixed. We are lifelong customers!

While he wasn't able to repair the unit the same day, he gave a detailed description of the issue and explained the charges fully. He and a second tech returned the next day and had the heat flowing quickly. We have been using Environmental Systems since 1995 for our HVAC, and through ownership changes. Our experience has always been great, having the system checked in spring and fall, and replacing parts that are in need of replacing. When everything is in good shape, they do the inspection, and are courteous, and don’t try to find a problem!

We turned our heater on for the first time this year and wouldn’t blow out heat. They came out same day to diagnose and fix the issue. It was not a simple fix but they didn’t leave until they got it done. Kai was super friendly and explained everything really well so even someone like me could understand what he was doing! Very reasonable pricing. Due to the issue they could have easily overcharged and I never would have known. Instead they are honest and hard working. Will be my first call for any future issues.
