They came out the day I called, figured out I needed a part replaced on my washing machine, ordered it & we’re back out 3 days later. Arrived earlier than expected & switched it out, tested it, cleaned up & on their way in less than an hour! Very professional!

The guy was very knowledgeable, he knew what he was doing once the parts came in it took him no time plus he did extra stuff because it needed it like put my water filter in, he tightened up the handles on the refrigerator

The tech who came was quite knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. When he didn't have the correct part on his truck, he called his colleagues to find the part, and get it to fix my issue right away.

They came quickly to check out our non-cooling refrigerator. They were able to get us up and running quickly, having the necessary part with them. The two people who came were very friendly and cleaned up their work area.

The service tech did a great job explaining why our refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling for a bit. We were also happy that he was able to update our software (the reason for the 200+ expense). Spending a little money to have our fridge looked over by a great tech is so much better than buying a $3000 replacement. Thanks so much!!

Service technician went to the wrong address. They were very apologetic and still made the appointment happen despite their schedule. He was very kind. They were able to get the parts and had our ice machine up and running in a couple of hours. Thank you.

Eric did a good job before he came in he put booties on . He identified the problem and gave me a quote. They Didn't have my part in the warehouse so he ordered it and soon as it came in they scheduled a appointment and got it installed and saved the day . Only one laundry mat visit

The price was too high, the first person I talked to in Alabama. I gave him the model number and the part that needed to be fixed. The service man made two trips first one was five minutes in the house and he fixed it in 15 minutes, and no senior discount.

Had a GREAT experience with Nathan! He was very thorough in fixing our refrigerator as well as in explaining what all he was doing. I would have him back in a second and recommend him to everyone!

Our repairman was so polite and quick. I had an ice maker replaced. He said he would come back 2 days later. He called the next day! Unfortunately I was unable to accommodate his time. We set up the next Tuesday. To my delight he called and was able to come out before noon on Monday!!

We had a washing machine valve dripping. Call to have it checked. They ordered a valve and came out in a few days and replaced it. Nathan did a fine job and it didn’t take long. They let me know when they were coming and what day for the next appointment.
