Chris was very kind and professional. He communicated to me on his schedule and was prompt. He explained the issue my washing machine was having and the part that was failing. He returned with the part to complete the repair and explained that the part was covered under a one year warranty in case it fails.

I made an appointment to get the range looked at. They showed up on time. The tech was very friendly. He ordered the parts and came back to repair range as soon as the parts came in. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a repair.

Eric was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We have an older washer but he was still able to get the part it needed. He ordered it on a Thursday, got it in, and had our washer fixed in no time on Monday. It was also very easy to book the appointments and receive confirmations. I will be using Mr Appliance again when the need arises.

Ice maker stopped working. Called Mr. Appliance and they scheduled my appointment promptly. (We also appreciated them sending a picture of the technician. A great customer service addition.) Our technician, Nathan, quickly determined the issue, shared costs for parts and labor, and ordered the part. Soon after, the next appointment was scheduled. It was Nathan again (he told us during his first visit he’d be the one doing the install), showed up timely, replaced the part, and was quickly on his way. Great experience overall and an extra “shout out” to Nathan who was kind, friendly, clearly knew what he was doing, and laid out all the options for us. Great person doing quality work. Thanks to Mr. Appliance for the excellent experience.
