Called to replace condenser motor ended up shorting out electrical system on whole house then hid evidence by taking motor and wiring harness with them wanted to replace whole system gave bid of 8700.00 ended up getting old system fixed for less than 300.00 when found right person to fix

They were able to get me in within 24 hours. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient!

They put in a new unit and ducting back in July of 2014, they said they couldn't get to two of the vent I told if not then hook the other ducting up to new one, I don't have any heat or air to two rooms since they left, I'm disabled and can't get under my house so I'm not sure what was done, they still charge me full amount for the work that wasn't finished. I will not use them again.

I called them due to my a.c. not geting cold. Ist day came out and put in parts. 2nd day still not cooling put on more parts. 3rd day still not cooling put in more parts.stull not cooling. I had spent over $400. On parts only to be told I need a new one. Called the owner because wth! The only way he would make it right is if I purchased a new unit from them.
Poor poor service! Not a way to do bussiness. They are out to sell you a new one.
On top of everything they ripped off the information sticker on my unit only to replace it with their advertising sticker.

Waited two weeks for them to come out so they could tell us what we needed. After they came out, they said they would call. We waited a few days with no call before we decided to reach back out to them. When we did, our calls and voicemails were ignored. We called on a different phone number and finally got ahold of somebody just for them to basically say they weren't going to help us. Real unprofessional. Don't think they ever planned on returning our calls. Waste of time. Save yourself the time and hassle.
