Kent and his team do a great job in servicing our home HVAC unit. when you need them they are there and are very willing to work with you to make sure that you're getting what you NEED not just trying to make a sale!

Any time we have had a heating or air emergency they have been at our house within 24 hours to fix our unit. Excellent customer service and quality work.

I bought a new A/C unit last summer and had nothing but problems. This company came right away every time I called and got all my problems fixed. They are always so courteous and professional. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else.

I recently purchased an entire heat and air system from KC heat and air and was pleased with the install. Haven’t had any problems with the system. I like the Trane thermostats and being able to control the temperature from anywhere. Also gives good statistics on usage as well.

An honest, Christian owned company. Kent and his crew installed my heat, air and my Kohler generator. All of the crews are knowledgeable and friendly. I have them do all of my maintenance and spring checkups. You can’t find a better company.

We have used KC Heating and Air services for over 10 years. They are amazing! They are reliable and professional. We were having issues with our heating unit on Christmas Eve and they were out that day to fix it. I have used other companies in the past and would never use anyone but KC Heating and Air.

Editing my review because our most recent interaction with KC was very poor. We had them out a few weeks ago to look at our heater that was not working. The tech was super nice and told my husband we could just get the part cheaper and sooner if we did it ourselves. He made it out to be an easy fix which it was. A few days later we got the part and our heat was working! Fast forward another week and it stops working again. I called KC and was informed that since we had replaced the part ourselves that they would no longer be able to provide service to us. The tech never said anything about that to us or else we would have just waited an extra week and paid the extra cash to have them do it. I absolutely understand why they wouldn’t want to work on something that was DIYed by a home owner, but it would have nice to know that prior to this mess.

KC Heating and Air has been our go to service provider for 10 years. Kent and his crew are always professional, responsive and honest. We have had issues on the hottest day of the year and the coldest day of the year, and these guys have always done everything possible to make sure that our HVAC was working. The Owner has even gone as far as coming out himself when needed to make sure we were taken care of. They come highly recommended.

Technician Marybeth responded quickly and fixed my AC on a very hot Saturday. Emergency response fee was acceptable and the part that needed replaced didn't break the bank. Very satisfied with my experience with this company. Thanks Marybeth!

The technician who came, Mary Beth, was very knowledgeable. She explained what was working and what was not. Also took the time to show me a few changes she made when replacing the needed part.

Whenever someone has a major disruption, like a heat/air unit go bad, the last thing you want is a strong arm sales person trying sell you more than you need while making it seem like everything is your fault. Well, Kent and his crew (Scott, Doug) made this so easy. They sold me only what I needed , they worked diligently to get everything in place.
This was not an easy install and modifications had to be made, but everything looks great, works great and they made sure I understood what was happening and why. At no time was I out of the loop on knowing what was going on.
My main concern was value because it was a major hit to my pocketbook. Not only did they present value, they saved me almost 25% compared to the other bid that I received. Can't be better than that.
Their work quality is superb and their cleanup is excellent. They are genuine in their approach to service and customer satisfaction.
I recommend them highly. Don't choose anyone else until you given them a chance to address your needs or problems.

KC Heating & Air installed a new HVAC unit in our home. Workers were friendly and knowledgeable. They offered us a plan for payment over 18 months with no interest. The new unit has reduced our energy bills too!

The blower fan on our A/C quit working, possibly due to a 3 day power outage or surge after a storm. Temperature high was 97 and Mary Beth came out earlier than expected the same day. She had the motor replaced quickly and we were cooled off by evening. Great service!

Mary Beth and the rest of the group at KC Heading & Air are rock stars. They do good work at reasonable prices and are punctual. Not sure what more you could ask for.

Mary Beth has been to our house several times working on our older heat and air unit. She is always polite and really focuses on resolving the problem and if she does not know will go to plan B and find out. A very smart tech.

Mary Beth Gritten does outstanding work. She is on time efficient and does a complete review of my heating system.
